Could you create a skills workout that I can do everyday that will work on all of the aspects of hockey.

I wish! There is no such thing. You can't do a workout in one day that will cover all the aspects of hockey. Instead of looking for a "shortcut" start focusing on the areas you need to improve and putting drills together and studying game film to improve. Everyday work on stickhandling/shooting that focuses on mechanics or a very specific game situation skill. Hope that helps buddy. There isn't any easy answers or shortcuts in this game. You have to be willing to put the work in.

When you are done with this auston Mathews training challenge can you do some things with a defencemen like subban or OEL or other two way or offensive Dmen because I just got into the AA bantam team and I think I’m close to the AAA and want to make myself as good as possible right now
