  • New year is here and everyone wants to lose weight, cut out all the hippie confusion and get results. here is some quick tips, that will get you on your way and absolutely get you results.

    I started diet and exercise because the yearly checkup was showing me as pre hypertensive. After a few months, my blood pressure is well into the normal range.
    All your advice was great. The only thing I’d like to add about Chipotle, specifically, is checking the nutrition info yourself on most things you eat, because the sodium in Chipotle is astronomical. No impact on weight gain/loss, and the protein and fiber content is great. Just something to pay attention to if you have blood pressure concerns

    I am starting off this year at 360 lbs, 6ft 1in. Got to get at LEAST under 300 lbs by the end of the year. Great advice here!!

    I actually like coming back to this video and seeing Him being chill And positive.. When I was locked up
    I was doing at least a 1000 pushups a day . Pull ups and dips also.. Ever since I got out I kind of quit working out. But I'm gonna get back into it. I'm Six foot two.. 224 lbs.. I just set up a pull up bar in my backyand it has the dip bar also connected to it... I got 🏋 also.. I don't go to the gym I'm used to being In prison i'm gonna work out of my backyard.. Anyways I watch everyday keep it up dawn .. I order at least once a week also...-cam

    I think it's better to criticize people with more sympathy. I'm in decent shape but I know it's a struggle for many people. I can't recall the specifics but Scott Adams has best advice on the mental aspect of weight loss

    The Thing is with those rotisserie chickens. At stores that are already made, they shoot them up with a bunch of salt... I barbecue chicken at home pretty much every day

    A year ago I lost 40lbs from diet change and exercise...then found out my thyroid was fucked in a bad way, level was almost 3 times as high as it should have been, been working out regularly and have gained 10lbs...fat not going down but my meds need to be adjusted, just have to keep after it and you can do it minus any excuses

    I developed celiac last year, was super sick and lost 40+ pounds went from (185 to 139) i turned into a damn skeleton, had to switch to this exact diet to stop the weight loss, (from eating gluten) hardest thing ever but im glad i was forced now im in better shape than ever although still skinny as fuk 155lb but im working out

      With this advice I went from 294-275
      In 7 months
      Changes are not hard especially when you start to notice how much better you feel
      I always eat like shit on the weekends tho

    You should be a motivational speaker hahah I’m getting married this year and I’m trying to shed a few pounds before November. I’ll apply some of this stuff to how I been eating, I usually eat 2 meals a day with a snack instead of lunch. What do you think of the nutritional profile of organ meats? I recently got into eating beef liver as well as tongue after reading up on some of the nourishment they contain. Hippies been full of crap since the 60s

      i think organs are GREAT to eat super healthy. i personally do not cause i would throw up its one thing i can't do. But if you can and you like it, do it for sure.

    I'm diabetic and for soda I drink diet. It doesn't mess with your blood sugar at all. High carbs and empty calories is what gets ya. I use the Reli-on monitor. The monitor and strips are super cheap at WalMart.

      Exactly, another point i forgot to make. If the diet drinks fucked with blood sugar diabetics would not be able to have.

    Yeah fuck fad diets. All I've done is made better choices and barely any processed foods. Just try to eat as clean as possible and I'm not really that limited in tasty ass food. With my workouts in the evenings four times a week. I've lost about twenty pounds since last may. Probably could have been more but I tend drink a good bit of beer on weekends. But I feel so much better.

      I have not, considered it but i know the full amount that goes into it/ the huge genetic variable in play so i stay on the side lines.
