MA is pretty hypocritical of their takes, there is plenty of metalcore and deathcore bands listed. Also a decent amount of bands that have nothing to do with metal whatsoever but a moderator is a fan of them, for example Rush, Alice in Chains. Basicly, if they like the band its listed. Also they list any sideprojects of metal artists even if that project is not metal, according to that logic they should list Slipknot based on the fact that some of their members are playing in actual metal bands that are listed. There are also stories that they have not accepted plenty of black metal bands that have too much "outside influence", but have stuff like deafheaven listed. My take is that they should stop being hypocritical, if they accept one band of a certain genre, then should accept all, and vice versa if not
I don't really care for the poser discourse, as entertaining as it can be. But I'd just wear that elitist label as a badge of honor, tbh. I hate that *core shit too except some djent which I guess is close musically. But those clean breaks, the boy band shit...ugh
J-Dawg so out of the loop.. Courtney from Spiritbox and the other band Jinjer are at the top of the modern metalcore/deathcore female-fronted scene. Can't wait to see his reaction to the Sick New World festival lineup! 😆

Chics dig core and those bands sell tickets. The market stays alive on chics spending their cash
Hilarious 😂 video
I’ve seen that channel on my youtube feed and I felt it is the perfect channel for christian/cult propaganda, full of clickbate tittles
For some reason, last days of humanity isn't on the archives
Metal Archives can be a bit selective on what's considered metal when it comes to bands within Grindcore or any of It's subgenres such as Goregrind or Pornogrind. For some reason they don't consider Last Days of Humanity to be metal which makes no sense to me.
👉🏻Stillbirth "Revive The Throne" music video. lolololol An Absolute Metal Treasure!
Shoots heroine😂
I love it when the Dawg does the little "weerpweerp weerp" hip hop scratching sound. HILLLARRIOUS.. I watched this CANOE🚣♂fest of a video(Garza is literally wearing a Coal Chamber shirt} and the P.C. filled answers by the "rockers" Revolver chose. Watching the Dawg break it down is, again, HILLLARRIOUS.
"He'll yaaa bowlther, D666", he says... As he slowly becomes the next Def Leppard Boomer.
how many canoes do you need on your lake? 0
????? Just checked out we came as romans. Horrible!!! Sounds like linkin park. Thats the last thing we need in the scene is more emotional crap crap screamo stuff!!!!
JDawg's laughter is my lifeforce l..l,
J dawg you can do a better vid or get king fowley asking people questions at shows that would be gold 😂😅
My take is that they should stop being hypocritical, if they accept one band of a certain genre, then should accept all, and vice versa if not
Revolver mag = 👎🏻
9:39 nice Freudian slip.
If you are a false don't entry.
Oh man, this was hilarious to watch.
I don't really care for the poser discourse, as entertaining as it can be. But I'd just wear that elitist label as a badge of honor, tbh. I hate that *core shit too except some djent which I guess is close musically. But those clean breaks, the boy band shit...ugh
Yeah these videos suck 😂 if you want videos like this with actual metal musicians, though all mainstream for the most part, it’s metal injection.
Fo sho bro \m/
btw, that wargasm is a completely different band to the wargasm you're thinking of, lol 😆
Keep em coming broski. Your hilarious 😂.
Erik or Pat for Cannibal Corpse ? I prefer Erik, love all of pats work though
We came as gay men WHO ???????
These videos are painful and I am sorry that you have to review them 😖
J-Dawg so out of the loop.. Courtney from Spiritbox and the other band Jinjer are at the top of the modern metalcore/deathcore female-fronted scene. Might even be more popular than Arch Enemy at this point. Maybe. You can tell that a lot of bands are jumping on that train and using more clean vocals now due to all 3 of their last releases.
Can't wait to see his reaction to the Sick New World festival lineup! 😆
@icankillbugs Bingo. My sentiments exactly.
I'm really not getting on J-Dawg for that. I was being humorous about it in a half serious way.
Spiritbox, my bandmate is into them. It's just too clean for me personally. Some of these new blood can riff but they got that cookie cutter production, too high... I say that Immolation's Acts of God was a prime example of great high quality production
Spiritbox? She name the band after her unkempt virgina?
Better than her old band's name.. IWrestledABearOnce 😸
I love metal archives and never understood why jadawg always dogged em \m/
Why do they accept Rush and Deep Purple, but not Michael Schenker Group, Kiss and Alice Cooper?
@@odinsire3879 idk thats weird.
I'm not sure about Rush but Deep Purple has more metal in their sound than the later bands you mentioned.
they have really weird standards and the people who run it are weird too
Revolver has been high jacked by pink haired canoes they’re obsessed with diversity and feelings
!!!!!!!! GWAR !!!!!!! is the greatest band n this universe or any other . . . But Mortician is the heaviest for sure 👍 \m/
RIP Dave Brockie
If you dont know blood chalice you dont know metal brah brah \m/
???????????????? QU6ES6TI6ON ????????????? For the dog aka king devil. If you were forced at gun point to either stomp a dog or a cat to death what creature would you brutalize ?
Bahroneness rules.
Aw man I fucking hate spirit box
6:58 band you’re thinking about is prolly Motionless in White lol, they suck no surprise.
The band name sounds like the aftermath of a Netflix n chill.
That’s the band with the Marylin Manson look right? Fucking nauseating!!!
@@JoeyQ12345 😂😂

Slipknots last 2 albums is pretty damn good....What would happen if your bands became mainstream?Would you drop them, quit selling their albums?....just curious.
