I love these three so much. Bhavss provides a typical match going fan’s insight and can truly read into how the vibes are throughout the fanbase. George is an elite tactical mind with an incredible ability to breakdown players and systems. And Alex is incredible at dictating the flow of the pod while also providing his own opinions and classic british humor. Great episode as always boys.

I wholeheartedly agree with George’s sentiments. Playing Saka ag LB is basically shifting the width from the RHS to the LHS at a worse level.
Even with how England are set up, their fullbacks don’t really get that high in comparison to other top nations, whose fullbacks are basically deployed as wingers.

Why is saka getting all these slander despite not dropping less than 6/10 in four games he has played with assist as well?
Why is saka disrespected despite being most consistent attacker out of kane,jude,foden in this euros.
Why are people overhyping palmer despite him having one okay 20 min cameo and bang average display against slovakia two days ago?
Is it racism or tribalism?
Saka is elite and i love saka so much that i m getting sick of recent undeserved criticism of our boy

I agree with George here. Trent at RB and gordon LW, saka RW just makes so much sense. Way more balanced. Plays to the strengths of everyone including kane.
The setup we see now actually reminds me of Wenger's misuse of Giroud with Ramsey on the wing. Strikers which love to drop deep should have outlets either side of them.

I can see Nagelsman and Arteta rate Haverzt a lot and use him in a same way. Haverz started a striker, moved to midfield and finished game as a winger. Mussala, Gundoghan and Sane all were subbed, but not Kai. His workrate is insane.
Even check Nagelsman press conference on Haverzt. It was soo Arteta.

I think Osimhen is coming as that price is falling our way and with it those trophies will come too
but gomes could go left back, saka or Gordon could go left forward and hold the width, have Bellingham sit in the inside left and gomes cover the rest defence. Also we do have a channel running forward in ollie watkins. The pieces are there southgate just does know what picture to create with the puzzle

I think both arguments are not mutually exclusive.
Given a better pre-tournament selection process, we wouldn't have found ourselves at this point.

Let's be real, with the way Kai played for us, we don't really need a new striker that badly. What we need is a proper cover for Saka. Trossard and martinelli have different properties but they compete with each other for the left wing.

why play Saka LB when England could play Gordon on LW??? Why is Foden being prioritized, while Saka is being moved around to accommodate him? It is disrespectful to Saka to move him to LB (a position he hasn't played since what 2020??) when Foden is doing crap when he's playing, and as I'm typing this, George agrees with me. Pfft. Instead of benching Foden and play Gordon to hold width, you want to shift Saka to LB instead? Come on, do better.

Guys the title of the video does not imply 30 minutes discussing England. Do a separate video for that if you want to discuss it. It’s quite annoying for us fans of Arsenal who wants to listen to your discussion about our new signings but do not care about England and Southgate problems. You have to realise that at least 50% of Arsenal fans do not care about England at all, because we are from abroad.

@@3bladeninja21 yes we know rise runs around a lot and loves tackles. but the thing is with him in midfield your build up will always look ponderous and clumpy. in the first half of the season Arsenal struggled to create chances and it wasn't down to havertz. Jorginho at six, in parteys absence, provided fluidity.
