So cute! Thank you for posting a truly active length set. Most of my clients wear active length so I love to see the possibilities on shorter nails. Beautiful work Karen! 💕
I would always hear "Active Length" get tossed around but never really knew what it meant. Now I can tell what it means and that length would be perfect for me. This design is super cute and fun. I would love to see the other techs, if available, to do a "How Much?" with their fave looks. Each one has a unique way of teaching, pricing, and putting together a look.
Unrelated, but can you do videos showing products and “How much/get the look” sets on different skin tones/hand models, different skintone swatch pics on your site, and/or feature nail techs from diff backgrounds/races? As of rn I’m guestimating on how stuff would look on my skin/people with similar and darker skin than me + I feel if you featured different types of people using and receiving your products it would show versatility in a way that just simply saying they are doesn’t. Interested to hear your thoughts =)
I love being able to go back and watch the older videos but the only downside for me is I know some of them have items that are being used that are no longer for sale such as those confetti lol man I just wanna buy everything but I can't:(
Not recommended to use swipe on soft gels as it contains acetone and can “eat”/rub down the maniQ since it’s a soft gel. She’s using maniQ gel polishes which are soft gels, the maniQ cleanser is basically alcohol.
@@MRSwifey559 oh! Good to know! I need to get some mani-q! I thought it could be used to remove tacky layer of gel polish.... alcohol until I get mani-q?
How do you know when to use base and top in other ways than intended. Like you used uncured base to dot the white in. Why not top coat? Same with mixing mission control. Why not mix with base? TIA!
$120 👀. No offense, but she barley used any gel polish I’ll never understand why charge so much for gel. Same bottle used for tons of clients. Also, the length is short so the set starting at $80 is 😬. Charging $10 for confetti 🤦🏾♀️. I usually go to my local Asian salon and they do a terrible job 😩. Only pay $60, guess I get what I’m paying for 😂. This price has to be more about the quality and value of the nail tech, bc no way the products justify the prices people charge! Get y’all money though 💅
It's not just for the gel polish, it's for the time and experience. She is a professional with alot of experience. I'm sure she is fast too. There are plenty of people who are willing to pay it💕💕
You guys are charging for the fact that it's you. And that it's Young Nails products. If you're doing a movie star's nails you can charge that but for the average house wife that's over the top. And maybe you're worth all that but I wouldn't pay it. Don't get me wrong, I love the set and I love Young Nails but I could buy all those products you used with that money.
We are sorry about that. We recommend keeping the pots upright as much as you can. Also, making sure the threads are clean helps a lot as well. Some people keep the seals on the and cut small holes in the top and work out of that. I keep mine in a case that separates them all and I haven’t had any problems so far.
Petition to make "active length with Karen" a permanent fixture on the channel
Yes excellent idea!!! 💖🌺

So cute! The design reminded me of a monarch butterfly 😍

I knew she was from MN! Michigan girl here. I’d recognize that Midwestern accent anywhere! Love Karen’s nail sets! 😍
I knew there was something comforting about her voice! 😅 That must be it lol Michigan girl here too💙

With Covid we haven’t brought any models in but checkout our IG.. we post a lot of our mentors work from around the world🥰
@@youngnailsinc Do you have a diverse staff member you could use as a model? Your company seems so inclusive, I imagine you have staff of color.

Great designs. Thank you for sharing this.
Beautiful, just damn beautiful!!! The color combinations are so well combined and are super fun, sleek and sexy
Really?? I just was thinking the opposite. To me it does not flow at all. That' s so interesting how different we are and see things🥰🤔
@@callmeme1898 yes, that’s why perception is everything, because everyone’s is different. Can be good or bad also depending on the situation

Nice!
Can you use swipe to wipe the dispersion layer instead of mani -Q cleanser? Ty guys! Hi again Karen!

You can do both. It is personal preference.
@@callmeme1898 the phrase is "personal preference" (since you were unsure)
@@Nails_By_Kimberlee thanks😁
Wow
Before you put top coat on the glitter nail, you applied protein bond and said this will make it ultra clear. Why? How? TIA!
Was completely wondering that same thing. Thought maybe it was because it helps fill in the small cracks and fine lines possibly
They say that the protein bond smooths any tiny scratches from filing.

Why do the mission control gels leak when not in use?

I do keep them upright and keep the sides clean but they still leak, they are darn near empty just from leaking😞
