Many of them are too big, such a shame when you have a nice single sided swing arm and then cover up half of the wheel with such a big exhaust. Just ordered the s1 gp from sc project for my own cb1000r neo sports café repsol edition. Nice small exhaust in titanium. Did it for estatics mainly. Sounds only good when you place full system, but then it's not road legal anymore in Holland.

It's because the microphones até diferents, its Very hard to see who os the best when we have a Lot different microphones and distancies from the sound
Most of these are slip-ons which doesn’t remove the massive box at the rear of the headers containing the catalytic converter and all the primary baffels. If you spend the money and install a full exhaust you’ll notice a huge difference in sound and performance.

Tbh, this engine sounds too civilized for my taste. Even with an aftermarket exhaust. It's just boring. But gosh, what a beauty! I wish this bike had the sound and excitement of the aprilia V4 engine.

My sentiments exactly. I want to get one, but I might just go for a cruiser that has the sound I want. I already have a VFR1200 which sounds identical to this bike( it has the same V4 engine) except the VFR1200 is tuned to 170hp stock. Mine currently makes 190hp with aftermarket parts, but it sounds so lame. Even with the baffles removed from my after market pipe. I wish Honda would bring back the sound of the CBx bike from the late 70’s. They sounded like formula one cars. That’s why those bikes are worth so much money today. The cheapest one I’ve seen was 25,000$ I think the 78 is the holy grail one.
@@2wheelife878 This is an inline 4, not a V. I think older bikes could sound better due to the lack of all the modern emission controls. That stuff really bottles the system up and damps the sound.
