@Pietro Verdi thanks for the appreciation! 👍😃 The suspension travel data of both bikes are not identical: KTM 890 ADVENTURE: Front: 200 mm travel and Back: 200 mm travel (WP Apex suspension) KTM 890 ADVENTURE R: Front: 240 mm travel and Back: 240 mm travel (WP Xplor suspension)
@Eric Kelly, glad to hear you liked the video! 😀 Are you considering the R model? You can indeed put the higher wind screen of the 890 ADVENTURE on the R model as you can see in the PowerParts collection of KTM. At this item they also mention: "Original 790/890 Adventure windshield for Adventure R riders" so this must be the item you asked for. www.ktm.com/en-int/parts---wear/powerparts/products.html?c1=1001509795&year=2023&segment=Travel&model=F9703W7&product=1003271235 There is also a small windshield-spoiler available to extend the original wind screen: www.ktm.com/en-int/parts---wear/powerparts/products.html?c1=1001509795&year=2023&segment=Travel&model=F9703W7
@Eduanne Niemand , that might had to do with the offroad oriented tires at those higher speeds? Maybe someone else who reads your comment has some information....Do you have the ADVENTURE or the R model?
Best comparison video! I think we have to go for the R version and install the wind screen and two piece seat from the base version, the suspension is way better and way more expensive to upgrade.
@Jair Junior, first of all thank you very much for the appreciation of the companion video! Your conclusion is exactly what I tried to achieve.....when knowing the differences between these models you can decide which model and or configuration suits your style of riding the best. 😃 Your configuration sounds like a great and strategic choice for when you expect to do some offroad riding as well and enjoy the better suspension!👍
@Evgeneni Smirnov, thank you very much for the kind words! 👍 Making these comparison videos takes a lot of time due to the animations and collecting visuals and information (+ making sure it is correct). Therefore quite nice to hear you appreciate the video. 😊
@csmanul, thanks for your comment. Actually I think these motorcycles are still quite high for a lot of people. Of course the KTM 1290 ADVENTURE range are even higher but I would advice shorter people a 790 DUKE for example, much easier to handle for them.😃
Thanks WOW THAT'S AWESOME 🙃
@suj3919, thanks for your reaction! Glad you liked it 👍
Nicely put together, thank you! I'm missing the suspension travel data. Are they identical on both bikes?
@Pietro Verdi thanks for the appreciation! 👍😃
The suspension travel data of both bikes are not identical:

KTM 890 ADVENTURE R: Front: 240 mm travel and Back: 240 mm travel (WP Xplor suspension)
Wonderful video. Btw does the bigger windscreen onnthe 890 also fit the R model?

Should have helped the old guy blocking the road... I guess Honda riders are not too far behind, and they will help
@sv_russu, That is a feeling a lot of people have when seeing that part of the video. 😅
What was the fix with the whobble , mine does it on 175-180km/h 🤔

I hate the fairings on the side. I would rather them use the rally farings. Because it makes it look more like a real dirt bike.
@robd1859, you might look into an aftermarket sticker kit? This will make your motorcycle unique and you can add the dirt bike style with the design.
👍👍👏
Thanks for your comment @John Shropshire !👍
The 2022 looked better. With open fairings.
And the tires and rim looked more aggressive
Thanks for sharing your opinion @robd1859. Must say I love the blue tank a lot!
Great video, no blah blah bullshit .

bike for short people
