- we're having a FULL SELF-CARE NIGHT today; I'm treating myself to my favourite dinner, a relaxing bath, skincare, hair care, and of course lot's of reading and watching my comfort shows.
I've been in a very busy routine since 2024 started, and while I'm absolutely loving my routines, I believe having a consistent "relax and recharge" routine is crucial for avoiding burnout. doing self care and taking time to rest is SO IMPORTANT.
I hope enjoy spending this self-care night with me! (this is your sign to treat yourself to some self-care).
