  • join me for a self-care day where I focus on my mental health, spend time doing cozy hobbies, and share my pamper routine. we'll be doing skincare, haircare, getting outside, meditating, eating comfort food, and watching shows. taking time out for self-care can be tough, but I hope this video encourages you to prioritize yourself and your well-being.
    if we haven’t met yet, let me tell you a little about myself. I live with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and anxiety, two things that have been a constant part of my life. It’s not always easy to navigate, but I’ve learned how crucial it is to take care of myself, even on the hardest days. my goal with this channel is to create a safe space where we can talk openly about mental health, share our struggles, and support each other. we all deserve to feel understood and less alone, and I hope my videos help you find that sense of connection.

    Did you change your laundry soap or any other soap or cleaning supplies recently? I once started having extreme fatigue and it turned out it was from a laundry detergent that I had a sensitivity to. Try eliminating everything with fragrance & fabric softener and see if you feel better. For me, the way I felt better when the fabric softener chemical was no longer in contact with my skin, was instant. I found out later that these chemicals can also disrupt hormones.

      I've been using the one my family buys for ages now, but this definitely made me think.. bit of a delayed reply but I decided to switch too a natural/non-toxic laundry detergent after seeing your comment! so far so good. even if it doesn't turn out to me the root cause, I feel much better about it regardless. also working on switching my cleaning products as well! so we'll see! :)
