The first gear wheel has 3 grooves or 6 grooves?
In my rx100 it was 6 grooves in the 1st gear wheel!
Now as its worn out so can i put a 3 grooved wheel?

Bro I have got a Yamaha Rxz 135 5speed this was bought from the showroom not a 4speed conversion, lately I am facing a issue with the bike is that it doesn't engage in fifth gear, please could you share some light on what could be the problem.

Hi Bro. I'm overhauling my RX135 5speed Clutch assembly. Are the clutch basket, clutch boss and pressure plates same between 135 4speed and 5speed? What are all the parts to be replaced along with friction and steel plates. Thnks in advance.

What liquid you use to clean the dirt? here in Bangalore most of them use petrol to clean, r u using the same?

i am using kerosene to clean...but yes you can also use petrol or diesel to clean.

Bro, for the oil seals, which side usually faces down and which side faces outwards? Some oils have a flat side and the other side has hallow edge with a spring around it.
the flat side should be outwards....some oil seals doesnt have a flat side, in that case the side with the spring should be inwards.

The best way to fit the bearings : hydraulic press.

Hi, I m having Yamaha RXG in which I have observed one thing. When I start Bike thn from Magneto side I get its rotation sound but when I press Clutch thn this sound goes off and only engine sound comes. How do I remove this Magnet Sound without pressing Clutch ?

Recently, i went for engine re-bore to 1 MM piston (reason, low pickup power on 135, 4 speed ) as there was some ply noticed in the connecting rod within piston. During the course, i change piston, connecting rod, bearings, oil seals and packing kit etc. Observed one thing, the third gear and the counter gear had some wear and tear in the teeth. I searched to replace these two gears but couldn't find that in Bengaluru (searched in JC road, Shivajinagar etc). Do you know where to buy the complete new gear box kit? Also, i'm planning to upgrade my 4 speed to 5 speed gear box kit. Where can i get the new one? I hate seconds or buying from scrap dealers. Appreciate your response.

5 SPD conversion kit is available in j.C.road only. If you got 100 original gear box in your bike. Than you can easily convert your 4 SPD into 5 SPD.with 5 SPD conversion kit.
If you like to do so.. 100s can shaft is convert as 5 SPD gear shifting roller (camshaft) before we fit a 5spd gear box, first we cut first gear root for 3 cms long. Than change 3rd gear dog into gear wheel. And than 4& 5 th gears in main axle. Than it changes exact 5 SPD gear box..

Hi sir, I own a rx135, with days first start with heating the engine while moving the bike I found pick up problem after 1 to 2 kms., Bike stabilizes, why is it happens...
if you are facing a heating problem .....check that your oil pump is working properly.
Bro tell me how many miles must a motorcicle run to be overhoul i got a yamaha dt 125 it has 50000 km and the piston sound like a bell must or not make overhoul thanks...
Yes its time to overhaul your engine now.
In two stroke bikes the piston and bore wears out very often, so depending upon the use you have to rebore the block and install new oversize piston around 15000km or so.
Every 15000 or 65000 bro...
hi.. can you help me with my RXZ kick star issue. my bike takes hell lot of kicks,20-25, in a cold start, but still doesnt start sometime. i just got my bike overhauled. When i do push start it starts without any issue and once the bike is hot it starts in one kick. can you tell me how to resolve the issue.
Check the spark plug coil ....This can be due to weak spark condition....check the strength of spark you are getting by removing the spark plug wire.

the original spares are little hard to find. but yes you still get the spares in market and they are available.

You get proper tools first.
Than go to fit a crank bearing and crank shaft..
You are fitting a crank like a truck suspension peot pin..! Its vigorous to see..! First fit bearings with a bearing heater. Than fix crank in it with a crank puller.. Than you teach the people.
How long does an RX last. I mean the number of kilometres this engine last ?
Depends on how your driving
Dear, use proper tools for inserting bearings and Use torque wrench for tightening nuts bolts, engine screw.

What type of Assembly Lube did you used to lubricate the engine parts while assembling ?
For gear box and clutch assembly i used the gear oil .....and for block piston i used 2t oil.
Thank You for the information. I was thinking of using Permatex Assembly Lube but your process will save me some bucks.
