Bro, I have begun on my 135 , stored for 4 years. Sucessfully removed and cleaned, tank, fuel cock, seat, air filter, carb, energy box and reed valve. I am struggling to loosen oil pump cover 3 screws as they have hardened. Tried with WD40, coconut oil, but still tight. Now the screw head star grooves are rounding loosing screw driver grip. How to loosen these screws without damaging the screws? Same problem also on one of the screws on the petal of reed valve. Hoping you can guide.... Thanks

BTW what size of bolt was used for the JUGAAD type flywheel/magneto puller
I think thats 10 mm ....I'm not sure ...if not try 8mm

Hi can u please help. My Rx135 engine stops when I put in gear and try to release the clutch. As soon as I release clutch, the engine stops. What is the problem and solution for this

second thing i have some anoying piston tak tak sound from ENGINE BORE not much loud but you can hear it

ANY ADVICE?
krishna jadeja - My Rx135 too was rebored recently. I don't have much knowledge about bikes and I took it to a mechanic for service after someone recommended him as Yamaha specialist. I just asked him to check how the bore looks like as my bike was really slow and mileage was very low. I left the bike with him and went home. He called me up in the evening and said bike was serviced and the engine was rebored to .5mm but the bike was running on a standard size. I asked him why he bored it to .5mm but it should be .25mm. He didn't give me proper answer(I guess he had a .5mm piston and wanted to sell it). When I rode the bike, I heard the tak tak sound from the cylinder but he said it is fine. Now the Bike has done 500kms after rebore but still there is this sound, not sure what to do. Sometimes, if I rev it hard, the sound goes away.
This is a very common problem .....can be because of many reasons ....try using 40 to 50ml oil per litre of petrol in the breakin period....that might solve it

When driving .. at low throttle it works as usual .. but when I increase throttle it seems like it comes down to reserve or no petrol carburator was cleaned air filter also cleaned ..... kindly suggest a way
