Fair dues to Phil, who hasn't done his roots. Great to see follow ups. Love You guys. Never retire, in an insane world, this programme gives us sanity.
Fantastic episode, thanks for sharing!😍 I'm glad it worked out for Sammi and Tom (and of course baby Ashton) and for Tim also, although I'm very sorry for his loss!
In the first house, it's interesting that Phil said that the walk in closer would be the best place for starters up to the loft. If they were there, you'd have to go through the master bedroom to get to it. I would think the best place would be over the already existing stairs
Not sure why anyone would prefer to have a dining table in the kitchen. I wouldn't want guests to see the mess from cooking while they're eating dinner. I think it's so much better to bring the food out to a separate area and eat mess free.
I'm one of those people who prefer to have the dining table in the kitchen . My reasoning is having the eating areas together make more sense to me. Having a dining room at the front of the house and the kitchen in the back is a deal breaker when I went house hunting.
I get angry every time I hear the words "Location, location, location." It is gimmick real estate sales people use to cover up their careless disregard for the quality and safety of what they are selling. No other kind of business can sell you something dangerous and get away with it.
👎👎👎 because of the 2.5 minutes added segment at the end. Also S40 is a blatant lie, there's no S40 for this series because obviously Phil and Kirstie are not old enough to have started this series 40+ years ago. Some fake website may claim there's S40 but only an idiot would accept that at face value. Will not be subscribing to this channel.

I really like these follow- ups when I haven't seen the original episode

Lovely episode!
If it sold quickly six months ago, then you’re not going to find anything similar where you want it now.
Love Sammi and Tom’s new house, but they need to lower the mattress in baby Ashton’s cot. He could easily climb or fall out! 😳
Congratulations to them all! ❤ XXX

Price changed?? I just can't get over this. Extortion is all it is. Sign the contract with the offer already.
Know Calverley well..... eh Chris.
Why why why do people just pay attention to decor?
Calverley's not a village btw, it's just a stopping off point between Leeds and Bradford.
Wiki calls it a village.... they take it over...
Julian stop being so grim!!! I love watching peoples' expectations change to reality. Suzette SA

@@patricksmith2274 Usually dining rooms are adjacent to the kitchen and not at the opposite end of the house.
@@d.d.mac.3773 unfortunately not in many of the houses I viewed. I thought what a horrible layout. I still rather have all eating areas together.
@@patricksmith2274 Are you in the U.K.?
@@d.d.mac.3773 no, I'm in North America 😂😂😂

You make no sense!
Kirstie MUST stop judging people’s prospects for children and partners. I know it can seem cute, but it’s not really
