Who would have thought that 6-7 years ago that just food prices would have risen as much (2024)‼️Those that look at the future more realistically have a better chance of avoiding risking it all😊This couple made a GREAT & WISE choice👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼congratulations ❤

All gorgeous little properties in gorgeous areas! Downside to all this beauty? I've seen first hand the destruction of several hurricanes...upon leaving Fl I moved to Manhattan, NY. Im now living in Raleigh, NC. Picture this, 2022 and post pandemic real estate has gone through the roof!! What was 300K one year ago is now upwards 600K!! OMG! Where WILL it end? Homes under 1000 sq ft. in my Florida hood, which is a step above Da Hood, are running 1/3 of a million dollars these days. The second they come up for sale, they sell. Most are flips, snapped up by corporations, with the identical cheap laminate floors and grey or greenish glass tile, everything's white. Tear downs are going for close to $200K. It's criminal.

@@monas there’s a difference between an alligator accidentally going in a pool and actively putting yourself in a situation with a lot of alligators. If you swim with a lot of them, maybe one will accidentally bite you thinking you’re a fish or maybe feel scared or threatened. If you’re not trained, it’s dangerous, although I had friends who would swim in alligator infested ponds. There’s people that go diving with gators around all the time. Is it generational or the product of watching too many of these programs? First time home buyers seem to demand their "dream house". It used to be you got a "starter house" that you could afford (with some stretching"). Any "dream house" was something you bought if your income went up or your starter house appreciated. You didn't buy a dream house in your 20's unless you had rich parents.

How is he arrogant and whiny? He's perfectly fine with what he's saying about Scotland. He has every right to be proud to be Scottish and compare to how life was in Scotland was for him. Yet, when an American is arrogant and whiny that's ok though? Sheesh 😉

I find it to be extremely selfishness, rude, inconsiderate and extremely unhealthy to bring your pet to the beach. Absolute the worst.
