When I went to London with my school I was surprised about all the vegan options and vegan stores there is. Even at the youth hostel where we slept there was a vegan breakfast with vegan sausages. In France where I live, even in Paris, it's not that common
There’s so much choice here in the uk, we are very lucky…I think there’s a lot of vegans here

Just as a warning, if you request a special meal it is not guaranteed you will get it. I’ve had numerous flights where they did not have or only had 1 out of the 2. So always bring snacks or extra food.

@@lauraandy Perhaps condoms should be free then to help ppl not conceive a baby if they don’t want one. Also perhaps they shouldn’t force women to wait until they are 30 to allow them to get their tubes tied (in Canada that is the case, unsure of elsewhere)
And no, sex feels good so if men or women want to have sex for pleasure they are entitled to that.
This planet has billions of ppl. We need to slow down the amount of reproducing happening amongst humans as it is getting out of control. So yes allowing for better access to condoms, tying your Fallopian tubes, and abortions is important healthcare.

When I travel on airplanes I bring food as if I will not be fed. This happened once when we had 2 flights and the policy about meals had changed, unbeknownst to us. By the time my husband & I got to our destination, without time to eat between flights, we were nearly in tears. I assume complete responsibility for ourselves now. Seriously, you never know when something can happen. Once from London to the US we got diverted to Gander, Newfoundland, for several hours and were just stuck on the plane. Then we missed our US connection and had to stay at an airport hotel. We were so tired we could not face a restaurant.
That's such a nightmare! I don't know how you didn't pass out.

In ealing (west london) there is a vegan pizza place that is one of the best outside Italy. Santa Maria is the restaurant, but the vegan menu is Virgin Santa Maria, plus it caters a pub there too (red lion).
I miss working in London as every is available 💚

thanks for the london trip! agree with u that you didn't go into bad vegan.....vegans should at this point not be supporting any restaurants than arent completely vegan may as well not be vegan it's the same thing the milk still gets taken away from the baby cow and thrown in a crate and the baby cow gets stolen from the mom. then she grieves for days..so sad....glad u had snacks!!!! your friend was cool loved her ascent!
I always order a vegan meal on a flight and it’s always meh. But it keeps me somewhat full.

Of you think it's bad being a vegan then try being a gluten free vegan it's an absolute night mare.most vegan food mostly contains wheat and most gluten free contains eggs
When you realise that the UK has lots of different food options but barley anywhere is actually any good
So much process and unhealthy food 🤮
