Just stumbled on your video, such a kind thing you do for these little ones,, God bless you and all who do this for those that perhaps their families have passed long since, etc.
Scarlet Darlene Anderson was born 30 Oct 1941 and died 30 Jun 1942. Father was Robert W. Anderson. Mother was Bessie Jane Mullen. She died from Lobar Pneumonia both lungs. She was buried 2 Jul 1942.
And by any chance was her father Robert William Davis Anderson? I have found that name on find a grave at the same cemetery. I’d like to link them together as family is that can be confirmed.
@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival I found her Death Cert. on Family Search, which is where the info I related to you earlier came from. Nothing more than that popped up on Ancestry. Maybe ask the cemetery office and see if they have any info.
I am enjoying your channel. I watch another young man on youtube who does stuff like this with old abandoned cemeteries. I love hearing you say the individuals names...you have given them back to never be forgotten.
Be careful in this heat ❤️ i am always amazed at the care and respect you show each little one ❤you are awesome in so many ways 💘 lot's of love from New Jersey ❤😊
This is a satisfying one! I love pimple popping videos too! And feet ones! Where they take the calluses off! I hope you and Ronin are enjoying the summer! Have a nice week! Thank you!
One of the local cemeteries, has classes 2 times a year. To teach people proper techniques and which products to use. I'm going this coming Sunday. $30 and you get a kit, brushes D2 etc.
I love watching urban exploring with Kappy! He goes into abandoned property. It's like walking through a time capsule. I like the lawn care stuff too but there's not much history in grass. Another great job here! I appreciate your efforts and to the viewers that find out the history too!
I luv this channel and bless u for doing this. My guilty pleasure are lawn transportation videos like Cabin on the hill, boring channel, Al Bladez and SB Mowing
❤thank you for your much needed service. You do an excellent job. Many of these people may not have any surviving family left to care for their graves. Ronin is missed, but he is still young & maybe is uncomfortable with the realization that even young people pass.
When I first started cleaning stones 20 years ago I used Dawn dish detergent, tap water and a nylon brush. I’ve heard people say not to use tap water but I never had any problems with it. Back in the old days we used to leave tap water sit in a bucket for a couple of days so “all of the added gases and whatnot dissipated” before we watered the house plants; I don’t know that it made a difference - I just went along with what mother-in-law had been doing for her houseplants 😉
I’m sure in all reality they worked we clean would be perfectly fine with tap water, since we only clean them once. It’s not like it’s a weekly thing. But rainwater is cheaper. Haha.
@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival True, as long as you get rain. When I first started I bought 4 milk crates and saved gallon-sized jugs from vinegar/distilled water so I have a total of 16 jugs to fill those 4 crates. I fill the jugs with the garden hose, leave them sit to dry off, then I put them in the back of my van. I keep my broom and my bucket with all of my supplies in the van, too. Whenever I have 15 or 20 minutes of time, I run up to the cemetery and get busy. I usually only do stones for people I know/am related to and I try to do close family and friends once a year.
We were at my mom's grave in 2022 and then Ronin asked if we had more family there. So I introduced him to his great grandparents near where my mom was buried and remembered that I had an uncle there also. My uncle Jimmy was killed at 8 years old getting off the school bus in the early 70s. We found his grave and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever, so Ronin asked if he could. We actually have that video on the channel...it is one of our oldest ones in fact, but it was there very first one we ever cleaned.
Yeah SB mowing and pressure washing are super relaxing to me. I have debated doing a separate channel with that type of content also, but it would definitely eat into this...so I have been on the fence about it.
Seems to be only a couple days...I went back out just yesterday and did a few more children stones and this one is looking AMAZING already and it has only been about a week. What I am doing in this kids area(we jumped around a lot at the previous one), but I am just going from the right to the left and doing whichever are close.

You were saying you use D2 and rainwater. I can undersrand not using tap water with impurities that might affect the cleaning results. I wondered if you could use distilled water?? I am fairly new to this too, and love learning about this process. Thank you so much for adjusting and cleaning these sweet babies' precious little graves. It looks beautiful!!
@@YTmama-c1oYes, D2 is the name of the cleaning solution we use. It’s by far the best at getting stones clean and safely doing so. I leave some containers out and jsit collect rainwater to use on these with the D2. Also, this headstone looks even better now and only after a few days. I have put an updated photo from yesterday onto the Find A Grave pages

That is a great deal! Especially considering a gallon of D2 alone is like 60 dollars after shipping.
Have fun and take lots of notes!
Love your heart, and your work. Do keep hydrated! Let Ronin know how missed he is ❤️❤️❤️

Plenty of fluids Christopher in that heat. I wouldn't know about such heat, I live in the UK 😂 ❤
It was 102 a couple of hours ago.
Where's your hat? Love the work that you do.@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival
I haven’t worn a hat since my Army days. Not my thing.

Doesn’t most cemeteries have a place to get water
This one has spigots all over and all of them have been turned off. It's as if the city stopped the water flow.
Lol I watch that stuff too😊
We can both be weirdos! Hahaha.
