It's a process making changes to the way I think through rtt and the difference it's making is brilliant. I really can't thank you enough Marisa. I do the last one with my tongue a lot when I'm out. I walk with a stick and sometimes my pain can get pretty bad and I have to stop, I've had people ask me if I'm OK, and it can be embarrassing, depressing and cause anxiety. I cope with it and I had no idea that was what I was doing! I'm getting to where I want to be, the weight I've started dropping is fantastic and just by changing the way I talk to my body and mind. Same with my yoga practice and teacher training. The next thing is decluttering my house, getting the kitchen and garden done. I have no idea what words to use to accomplish this but I'm sure the right words will come or you'll do a video! I'm a very grateful woman and owe you so much xxx

These are great. I use EFT tapping to help myself feel calm, even when driving you can squeeze the steering wheel to stimulate tapping points. There are more on the face and collar bone. It is my daily go to tool ♥️

Very practical and useful tips Marisa. I also find to get clients to record their thoughts about what might have lead to the anxiety inducing event and try to set small goals on how to manage common triggers that might bring on anxiety. I love your work and you really are such an inspirational hypnotherapist and one of the reasons why I became a hypnotherapist too!

I love Marisa's Peer! True story. I was starting to have a panic attack while I was on vacation in the car (I was a passenger). While my husband ran an errand (I told him to go in that I was going to meditate), I put her meditation on Free From Anxiety and Depression and it 100% stopped it and I felt amazing afterward. I love this video and her others. She's really wonderful. I like that she gives practical advice you can use here and now.

A cycle, a circle of letters tumbling down forming words,
    people,places & things, nightmares & dreams,
    chains & freedom,
Brains grasping ideas, trying to make sense.
    Order order order.
Eyes open wide, ears listening to every little sound, looking for clues, senses on red alert, heart pounding vibrating like a drum overloading our minds like a factory on overtime. Marching soldiers, keeping their pace, left right left right. Onwards onwards onwards.

Dear Marissa, please help us- people pleasers, who start "show" just because they think it's what other people want to see .
But in the end of this "mascarade", which includes giving too much emotionally, we feel empty and embarrassed, like sad clowns.
It is like a bad habit for me, I know I shouldn't do that and I am good at controlling myself towards new people , but when I meet people from the past I can't help myself and I start doing what they expect ( what I think they expect) from me to do. I am becoming the image they've got on me and I am losing myself , my version of self.
    💛 love you.. thank you..

Hiya, will these help with severe panic attacks as well? I’ve been through some traumas I healed from over 30 years ago; now come screaming back so that I can’t go anywhere I must wear a mask as I have a severe panic attack. It doesn’t help that I have a medical reason why I can’t cover both my nose and mouth and people seem to think it’s their business which sends me spiralling so I have to leave😢. Thank you for this, wish I’d watched earlier today, very stressed out over receiving counterfeit items from supposedly reputable outlets and they want me to commit mail fraud to return before refunding me. Was actually told to lie! Be well! 😘🧡😻😻

Thank you, I already made a note in the description above about the sound but your feedback is greatly appreciated - *PLEASE NOTE* - Due to returning to England and not having my normal studio set-up, some may notice a change in audio/visual quality compared to other videos. Unfortunately, this cannot be helped and I hope you understand that it was important to share the message in the best way I could under the circumstances.

    I was very anxious yesterday
I came out of a very abusive marriage 8 years ago where I developed PTSD
    I still have flashbacks
My Son came to see me yesterday
He said something to me and he sounded just like my ex husband
His father I was very upset
Where it brought up all the painful memories

    • @silkeglaab3214
      @silkeglaab3214 4 ปีที่แล้ว

Dear Mary, yes emotions can be easily triggered as our subconscious mind hold all our memories even on cellular level. Marisa talks about this in her RTT classes. Your reaction is quite normal considering your circumstances. Hypnotherapy is a proven way to release the past and step into post traumatic growth.
