When you talk about Judas Priest live: You HAVE to listen to the full "Unleashed In The East" live album from 1979. It adds so much power to the songs.
"VICTIM OF CHANGES"LIVE IN SAN BERNARDINO 1983,LIVE IN SEMINOLE HARD ROCK ARENA,LIVE IN 1979 UNLISHED IN THE EAST IN JAPAN! "SINNER" LIVE 1982 VENGEANCE TOUR! AND MANY MORE TO COME! THANK YOU FOR YOUR REACTIONS!
Well you've done Victim of Changes, The Ripper, Dreamer Deceiver/Deceiver needs to be redone as one react, Prelude and Tyrant. That leaves Genocide, Epitaph and Island of Domination to finish Sad Wings of Destiny. I suggest doing the rest of Judas Priest in order of discography. Sin after Sin album next than Stained Class, Killing Machine and so on.
I can tell you loved this song! You had an awesome "stink face" throughout the whole song, and I could tell at the beginning, as soon as that guitar riff hit that you KNEW you were going to dig it the most. I wish I could come over with a pizza and some good bud and listen to this whole album with you. This is the first time I've seen your channel and with this reaction, you've earned my subscription! Great job!
Man, I'm really happy to have found this channel! The way you "accompanie" the song with your facial expressions is absolutely brilliant! And this Album/Song is so beautifull! Every priest album with Rob is great.
You've really got to listen to the Unleashed in The East version to truly appreciate this song. That is the version I heard first, and I can barely listen to the studio version as it sounds so tame in comparison.
Judas Priest is on a US tour right now w/ Queensryche opening - the only glitch is that both original guitarists Glenn Tipton & K.K. Downing are no longer touring currently... Richie Faulkner and Andy Sneap are handling the guitars... Rob Halford is pushing 70+ and he's still got the voice 🤘🤘Early Judas Priest, 'Stained class' (1978) is one of my faves... 'Sin after sin' (1977) is also very good... the 1979 live album 'Unleashed in the East' is a classic (even if Rob's vocals were overdubbed in the studio). Link for a great live version of 'The Ripper' below: th-cam.com/video/Fu8AKxu6Sp0/w-d-xo.html
This album in 1976 lacked the production value... the budget was poor, but it still holds up musically. The live version of 'Victim of changes' is much better w/ teeth! 😈 And an extended Glenn Tipton guitar solo. Link below: th-cam.com/video/ywNYWAbYiW0/w-d-xo.html
You should react live version of "Victim of changes". It' is too much better, faster, harder. Maybe from the 1979 concert "unleashed in the east" o a newer version from "Epitaph Live" or "Live At The Seminole Hard Rock Arena". Check it
I’m so glad you liked this song because if you didn’t, we couldn’t be friends. 🙂
One of my favorite songs of all time... never get tired of this. If there is a heaven, they may play this song over and over..
Remember this came out in 1976, unreal....

'Unleashed In The Studio'.
One of the most perfect songs structurally and with top performance...
Classic Priest!
Rob can shatter crystal with this one!
This whole album is metal gold!...this song is my jam right there!! Robs range is on display here and the sheer musicianship is outstanding.

The best live version is from the Live Vengeance 82 DVD in Memphis Tenessee.

The Ripper is a vastly underestimated song.
Much like Paul D'Ano with Iron Maiden on "murders on the rue morgue"
she's a banger.
three words I couldn't hear enough of as a teen.
I love how happy this makes you 🤘🏻.
the best live performance of this song (in my opinion) was in the US Festival 83'
Mine in Dortmund
Haha awesome Hurm on the acid take and reinacrment
One of the best songs by Priest, but the studio version is very tame. Check it out live. 🤘
I recommend you to check out the unleashed in the east version of this song, it's amazing
