YES I watched the episode where Jessi came on and she hella fired back at the hosts, especially Kim Gu-Ra!! She exposed tf out of him because he was rude to her on another show: on that other show, he tried to make her do aegyo but she kept refusing, and behind cameras he told her, "You should do what you're told." He kept trying to hide this and she called him TF OUT for lying. It was wonderful, I recommend watching this episode.
@Eveline DaVuck I will always fight with comments about that video. I could cut several videos with Jessica being a horrible person but I would be out of context like that video. Pls grow up.
Eveline DaVuck that video you saw was fake because you can clearly see that it was edited to make it look as if the members ignored her. You don’t know what reality is since you chose to believe that.
Tiffany being American is a blessing in the group in times like these. She doesn't give a shit and calls out anyone who needed to be call out. She doesn't just sit there and take it. This is why I love her. Sunny and Fanny are my fave SNSD members.
@@ektran4205 nope! only Tiffany is American. Sunny and Jessica are Korean-American. That being said, what i meant in my comment "Tiffany being American" was she is American in the most American ways. She's outspoken and not a pushover while Sunny and Jessica still has the Korean qualities in them.
RatStew I don’t disagree but i lived with two Koreans women and both said males are more respected. They also have military service so makes all males in higher regard. Women do get a rough deal in comparison. Though universal gender inequality not unique to Korea. Korean women do have a standard they must be like and it’s hard to break out of that and they can face a backlash. Males have more room to move. Which is why shows like this seem like it’s okay to attack a women and make they cry. Or is a worse case the chat room scandal show how deep gender inequality is. They don’t even have good rights for women in law
Tiffany has that American aggressiveness and fierce loyalty instilled in her DNA. Her, Jessica, and the rest of the SNSD members are truly one of a kind.
@@sierra9828 Nope, I'm Austrian🇦🇹. And thanks, I really have not much knowledge about American lifestyle and traits. Any TV content is far from the truth, I know that much.
I can only trust Heechul with these type of stuff, he knows the boundaries and doesn’t make the girls / boys feel uncomfortable about the topics. No wonder this show was a flop. Pick better hosts, ones that actually care about the guests.
The show is scripted and if Heechul signed the radio star contract then he would too be forced to say this... I don't even stan SUJU but I don't like getting bad impressions of people because they were forced to do something, but I love how Tiffany defended Jessica
If you think heechul are scared, u guys are totally wrong, he’ll just do what he want and make the guest comfortable, the other host will get roasted instead
@@kori-uu7bs I don't doubt that the writers, other mcs, staff of the show would TRY to make heechul say the same nasty things. But I just don't see him following along with it. He'd go off script to try to help the girls out even if he gets scolded for it. I think he's more like a Tiffany in being outspoken and blunt, especially for his friends.
Everyone should have a Tiffany in their life! She’s a real friend sranding up to bullying and harrasment. I never liked SNSD, but this changed that view a bit.

tiffany moving to america saved her life honestly. i felt like the longer she stayed here she might've taken the path that hara and sulli did. now shes happy and seems more free. happy for her. k entertainment and culture needs to change its attitude towards kidols, not good.
Next Taeyeon needs to flee that toxic environment that is Korea. She should flee to another country. Anywhere is better than Korea, she will be respected more and treated better!
@@NoctLightCloud amen, i was thinking america as well since she made her debut in singing frozen 2 into the unknown and it gained plenty of views. honestly anywhere is better than that toxic environment.

I am so angry at those hosts... This shows how women are perceived in South Korea (& other nations). They are treated as someone beneath men & objectified. And that shouldn't be the case... So disappointed in Kyuhyun...
Jessica was labelled "ice queen" for her cold looks but inside she's pure and soft, on the other hand, tiffany was known for her eye smiles but when you push her to her boundary she's scary😂
Nah uh, don't even try to make her mad. Not even Taeyeon or any SNSD member well except for Seohyun. You'll never be seeing daylight if y'all do that 😭
I'm dissapointed of Kyuhyun. That's so low of him, he's been friends with them but he willing to sold them just for so called "entertaiment"? I lost my respect for him today.
Actually Kyuhyun talked about being a radio star host and cried about it. He said he hated the mood and didn’t like what they made him do. He had to act out a certain persona because that was the concept of the show. He said he got really depressed so he felt relieved when he retired from the position. Some people are just emotionally manipulated to do things. They act nice and tell you you’re doing good that you become blinded from your original beliefs. Idk why some audience don’t understand this.
if you want to know what they were actually speaking, learn Korean instead of watching those stupid and misleading English subtitles and believe in the unreal narrator.
This is 100% why Tiffany is my SNSD bias. She has never cared what people think of her. She’s the protective older sister in the group. She defended Taeyeon because I remember this being the height of her depression. It could be the American standards she grew up around of not standing around and taking people’s bullshit. Because I know well that in America, if you’re disrespected, you aren’t going to be scared to fight back. The reason Tiffany moved back to LA is because she said she wanted to return home and that she didn’t like Korean standards. Good on her honestly.
One month ago, I moved back to Austria after having lived in Korea for 6 months. I initially wanted to stay 6 more months, but I couldn't stand it. I went there prepared. I watched Koream TV since 2010, sometimes for hours, almost religiously. I was a classic koreaboo. But the "real" Korea is a sad and disgusting mess. Misogyny, castes/age respect, consumerism, racism, selfishness/narcissism, envy, ignorance, intolerance, beating the younger and weaker (women) at home, zero time management, non-stop comparisons to other, no criticism towards the system or elders.... The young people my age (20~25) are super depressive, desinterested, and unwilling to learn new things. They have everything: access to education, fastest internet, internet everywhere, cultural programs, festivals, facilities. Yet they know *nothing* about the world. Because they don't care. What they care about instead: what others think of them. Conformity. They are *always* on their damn phones. Yet they say they have no time to meet up, that they study the whole day. But honestly, what exactly do they study? When I studied at their university there, I was better at languages, at maths, at philospophy, geography, history, business, IT,... than most of them. Their university is a total joke, even poorer countries in Europe have a higher university knowledge-level or standards/expectations towards the students' initiative and self-management. "Study" my ass, they only sit at their desk, spend 12 hours sitting, and then go on to say "good, I've studied"! Bullshit, I call. I spend only half the time sitting, but study earnestly, without checking my phone every 5 minutes. Then I stand up, walk away and enjoy life. They need to get their heads out of their asses and stop blaming others for their misery, or they are going to commit suicide. I am *not* kidding you. Depression (& ignorance) is a fucking epidemic in Korea, and no one cares there. It makes me furious. I want to protect those kids! The depressive vibe is probably still left from the time after the Korean War. Anyways, I fled before I caught depression, too. I also quit Kpop, it's just a mess. Still love SNSD though. And I'm glad that Tifanny left Korea for the US, and that Jaejoong left Korea and moved to Japan. Smart people, I support them!
I think since Tiffany is American she has a stronger backbone than most of the members so she was able to talk back which might be considered rude or unladylike in Korean culture
I don't think you meant it that way, but saying that can be slightly xenophobic. To give a relatable example. Imagine seeing a really good dancer who happens to be black and you say that "oh, he's a good dancer because he's black". It's the same thing here. Saying that implies that being a feminist is causated by her being American or that others aren't that way, and is a bit of a generalization. Unless ofc tiffany herself says so. Edit: also it's just stereotyping both sides(america and korea)
Dude,Tiffany was so badass here, she literally tell them to back off for every shit that the hosts try to put up. Out of topic , SM please bring back SNSD 👄😖
Su Zoki I ain’t denying that, business wise, SM is a great company. But, morally speaking, they don’t treat their idols well (especially their Chinese idols).
It’s just Korean misogyny. It’s soemthjng Korea really needs to deal with like their putting cameras to record girls without their consent, the rising sun club fiasco etc
@@dbsk06 are we going to pretend women don't get harassed or club scandals don't happen in other countries? Korea has its own unique issues with gender equality sure, but the examples you gave are more common in other countries than korea, so just no.
@@ammarahmed4532 I mean, this is a video of Korean entertainment. The main topic includes South Korea, so, of course we are only going to talk about South Korea lmfao
Honestly, a western artist would have left this interview already... I was so surprised they stayed there and kept awnsering their questions even though with a slight bitterness, I guess that's just the Kpop industry forcing you to stay polite especially as a girl/girl group
They would have been called entitled, spoilt, Princess, and other offensive terms.. When idols try to defend themselves they get this unjust hate from the knets and assumptions about their private lives..
@@junesmind7325 i agree, but its also because in some parts of asia(like korea), you need to have a lot of respect to your elders even if they dont respect you(which is stupid and old-fashioned, i know). So even if they wanted to, they cant because like you said, they will be called spoiled, entitled, etc.
Yeah ur right if it was a western artist they would storm out of the studio/interview. I feel so bad for the girls for having to take this shitty and rude interview and props to Tiffany for standing up for her bandmates.
Never forget that Hara was the first idol of her generation to publicly date so couples like Hyuna and Dawn could run Never forget the abuse she suffered online and on talk shows and anytime she was in the company of a male friend Never forget her last boyfriend beat her, threatened her, probably raped her, tried to sue her Neer forget she had a negative opinion on herself because people hated her and deemed her a slur, for dating Never forget that her ex is still free that motherfucker needs to go to jail HE HAS TO ROT IN THERE
“probably raped her” oh yeah he definitely raped her. she had internal injuries consistent with rape, including cervical injuries, which can’t really happen without vaginal penetration (and there’s no way there was consensual sex that night).
In korean industry female idols are sluts when they have boyfriends and it was also a scandal. lol. Korean are paternal that when 2 idols date, sure that the girl's career is in jeopardy whilst the male just needs to rest it out a bit.
@@lucarit4107 Absolutely correct, if you looks into Seungri, many netizens already said he is innocent and they forgive him. Netizen is so fcked up because not many people know how old the one whos commented. Some are too young to even know what industry and how it works.
Umm.. I think because it’s a type of variety, you can’t really sue them for asking questions that they could be basing off comments from the internet or something they think would just be fun to ask. If they asked ahead of time or requested before appearing but it still happened, I think their company could blacklist the show and keep their artists from appearing in it or something
In America, we sign contracts when making requests so that we have a legal assurance that our requests are honored. Most shows with morals wouldn’t do what happened in this clip though, regardless of a contract being signed or not. Unless a contract is signed, it’s hard to prove that you have any legal footing in a situation like this. Don’t know how South Korean law works but I’m doubting there’s any legal action she could take- especially since Kyuhyun used the word “request” which implies that the show was in a position to either approve or deny Jessica’s wishes
Bin I love that show because they made it such an informal space so the guests, when pressed, can almost react exactly how they would without any cameras, and it’s okay. Heechul carries his hosting well too that even if they talk about controversial subjects, he makes it pretty light and knows when to stop. Esp that episode with SNSD and everything the hosts said backfired XD
@@kb-ih7ni yeah, i like it too. Is pretty lighthearted and you can see the idols actually having fun, instead of being constantly attacked and cornered. The hosts are funny too, not just assholes lol.

@David Pham "he said he cause too much harm to people " ...isn't that him owning up to his behaviour? The show forced him to continue being an ass. The guests were not the only ones getting hate from the show, even he was getting attacked from fans of the guests. I think the real problem is the show and how it markets on society's enjoyment of others discomfort.
I love Tiffany. This is what real friends are. You support and defend each other. I love how she is very protective and is ready to stand up for her members. She's a real definition of ENTJ
I think that since Tiffany was educated on a more western fashion her values and morals are a bit more on the feminist side than the rest of the girls. That and the fact she's way more extroverted
@@blaise8538 Well first Jessica left Cali way before Tiffany, Tiffany started highschool on Cali then went to Korea, also Tiffany has always been more California girl while Jessica seems to have more used to Korean culture
This has nothing to do with feminism because no human will like to be treated this way. Man or woman. And not a matter of education! It is a matter of choice. They choose to follow the toxic culture because they are afraid of criticism and of their image not only in the kpop industry but in all of Korea and Asia in general It will be harder for them to handle all the cyber and media bullying BUT they have to work together and do something and this will never happen until someone/some people step out and say "enough" Getting along with such things out of fear is not good nor healthy I hope someone/some people inside the industry or outside it gains the strength to do something about this before more people lose their life due to such treatments
@@dreamyclown7185 Yes but in Asia it seems like being an outspoken woman and defending yourself without faking a smile is something bad ... If someone makes me feel uncomfortable and is rude I’m going to leave the room.
Jason Saw lmao jessica has clearly said to the writer about what topic that she doesn’t want to talk about .. the whole purpose of the show is not about idols’ dating life, its about a way for the girls to promote their comeback song .. the girls expected it that people will be curious about their dating life even more because at that time, yoona and sooyoung got exposed .. therefore, jessica stated it to the writer that dating is not a topic that she wants to discuss, but of course the writers don’t respect that at all -.-
the fact that the hosts told hara that she was being sensitive to a *"joke"* that made her feel really bad is just disgusting. they say it's *just* a *joke* but it's not even funny. i hope they enjoy the money they made from doing disrespectful sht.
I think they were trying to use that as a excuse of a cop out for causing her to get emotional and cry and when she had tried telling them to stop. Making it known she wasn't ok or comfortable with it but they ignored it. In a way they were victim blaming her like some(not all) guys do when they make a girl upset like mad or sad but don't take accountability for causing them to feel that way and saying stuff to girls like, oh girls so emotional, is it your time of the month? They made it seem it was on her for her emotions and so her fault. Putting the blame on her so they don't look like bad guys, as the grown men that made a young girl cry on TV.
Taeyeon obviously wasn't having a field day either. she looked pissed and like she was gonna blow up any minute. i hate interviewers like this. there really was such a time korean talk shows were like this, but i'm glad that phase is finally over now.
Rawan Almadi no, thats not a fucking excuse to let him harass a girl on national tv about something she clearly stated *not to talk about* so shut up and look at reality.
I really really respect suju but dude whats wrong is wrong..shiw must be scripted but as a human you should have a conscience to know whats right n wrong..i dont think he is that obliged to follow the script
Nah taetae doesnt really rely on tiff a lot but since taetae isnt a verbally expressive that's where fany's place go. And so to sica. But most of the anti says that two hate sica the most. 😭💔
This makes me think the reason why she doesn't speak about SNSD is because she might spill some things she might regret saying and that's why she prefers not to touch that subject. Even her weibo post was kinda impulsive thought I can understand it was the heat of the moment. So that's why she might think twice when speaking about her former members and idol career.
This is also one of the reason why after Tiff departed from SM, she looks very happy, confident and comfortable... she now able to speak for herself, no rules. I can see huge difference on some of her latest videos pop-out on my FB About Kyu, I'm kinda disappointed on him. How could he and the other MCs did that to Hara??!!! If they're still mocking her eventhough Hara teared up, they have no empathy 😢
I used to follow Super Junior, I've seen them live even! Now I'm so turned off by their countless mistakes and misogyny. Only Heechul is still cool, best man!
It's hard to explain but... That program is an spiral on decadence for him. It's awful...and not only with the female guests. He start with little Jokes (Evil Maknae) and then they keep pushing and pushing until one day he no longer could difference between boundaries. It's like the example with the frog and the boiling water. I believe in regret and second chances, and I'm glad he could jump out of that sh*t. We can never know the complete truth on that matters, but we can hope... And I Hope Sulli and Hara are happy and peaceful in that another place.
How could Kyuhyun do that? More like evil maknae. I love super junior and he should know that hurts after how sad Heechul was when rumours of dating sparked
The bad side of entertainment world. No wonder they had a high rate of depression and suiside The world of entertainment make those who are work in that field are not human but a toy for their public interest.
The society as a whole. High-end businesses, small businesses, pressure for higher education. elders being left alone or homeless and so much more. Back in 2019 they currently banned a farming product to drop the suicide rates from elders. There are students who are still highly stressed for high scores. There are women who want to commit suicide because some petty men upload their s*x tapes or noods. And that considered to be revenge p*rn and it's illegal. Then the entertainment. This hierarchy
People who comments without really knowing the problem, that's what's wrong. Investigate before giving your opinions. Anyway, SJ's relationship with SNSD continues well as always:')
what else do you need to know when the problem is already in the video, which are the hosts including kyuhyun, disrespecting women(+ the fact that he also did it to goo hara making her cry😡). and yep i'm only talking abt kyuhyun not the whole group, bc i know that some of the boys in sj are really respectful and they treat women right.
love_rosie Even though I’m an elf , Tbh I’m really really upset and disappointed 😡 but I’m thinking like maybe he followed the rules because of his contract with radio star , maybe the contract said that he should always do what was in the script. But that’s just a guess , if the contract didn’t said that or there’s no serious consequences then he did the wrong thing 😔😡 and if heechul was there, I knew he wouldn’t do that 😣
Korean society or in general KPOP fans always support the male idols , no matter how bad or disgusting they behave. Such a shame. I am so thankful that at least Tiffany fought back. Love her so much.
*how to get a friend like Tiffany?* I feel like when Tiffany is in my side I'm always secure and protected, thinking about it, makes me realize on how she values and love her love ones, she is ready to fight anyone, who causes pain to them, I STAN HARD, T-T
I am. Huhu. My close friends always said im the protector. I'll protect my friends from from harsh words and accusations as i could. But sometimes i felt it is just me.. Only me willing to protect my friend...they're with me when they need me.. And left.
she's a true gem of a person, and i feel like people are appreciating her more lately as opposed to when soshi was at it's prime. she was in the past, to my utter disbelief, the most disliked member once. let that sink in.
But l don't think so because This show influence on Korean idols,so they can't fight bravely like Tiffany. Koreans don't like defence by women. If you don't accept, you can see other members' slience. It's not their fault, it's K culture.
Nope, sooyoung can definitely deal and go off with this one but I think hyoyeon would back up a little unless triggered. But legit if sooyoung and hyoyeon were here it's the end of these men.
In this video, you can literally see how legit and strong soshi friendship is. Taeyeon stayed quiet the whole time bc if you’re a sone you’ll know that Taeyeon stays quiet like this most especially when others talk shit about her members, but once she speaks you’re dead, tiffany literally saving Jessica's life to this bullshit and just look how she defended Taeyeon on her appearance (fany may be all smiles and sunshine but once someone talks shit about her members or make them uncomfortable on a certain situation, no matter how old or young they are..tiffany will surely teach you a lesson) , sunny and yuri giving some reactions to distract the hosts to prevent more shitty topics. Hyoyeon and sooyoung were not present on this episode but I’m sure that they would do the same as what tiffany did and they will surely roast the hosts 2x more. Now, do others still believe that soshi's friendship is fake? After Jessica left? I’m sure jessica had reasons (and fuck sm for kicking her out and blocking her on music shows) sica still kept in touch with her members tho. They may be OT8 now but us sones will always have a special space for OT9 deep in our hearts.
@@leelee0505 Taeyeon getting angry is like a toddler throwing a tantrum over not getting a cookie lmao. It's quite scary, but also adorable at the same time.
I totally agree with you! They always protect each other because they care about each other, SNSD got what they've right now only because of their strong bond and good teamwork. And after Jessica left the group, it doesn't prove that their friendship was fake, and if she doesn't interact with other girls in public, it doesn't mean their friendship ends. I'm sure their friendship still continues and it is much stronger in real life than on camera
The best part about Tiffany speaking up is when she goes at them.......while wearing a smile. Lol.....these guys don't know the meaning of being killed on air. Don't mess with the smiling killer. I love Tiffany and Girls Generation. They think so highly of each other no one wants to claim to be the group's leader and take all the credit and glory for herself. Always praising the strengths of the other members.
I remember always that Tiffany said “If you don’t have nice things to say, please keep it to yourself.” -I respect her so much because she is so damn kind to each other.
I can’t believe this was allowed to be aired on national TV, this is absolutely disgusting and sexist and just goes to show how messed up the k-ent industry is for trashing women’s images
k-ent doesn’t really care about female idols , its sad ☹️ Jessica requests it herself not to talk about the rumors but they keep ask her about it 4 times , bruhh thats leave me speechless how can they do thatt
She's really protective over her members 🥺 dating was really a sensitive topic specially to snsd at that time. Tiffany was also dating that time and was only revealed about a week after this episode was broadcasted.
Tiffany is a role model for how friends should stand up for each other. This industry is unique of its kind for creating an illusion of dreamy idols with no flaws. You won't find any other idol in the world that needs to maintain their standard of no dating and sh*t clause in other parts of the world. It is really scary, they have to loose their job over a dating scandal.
SM idols need to make him cry. I'm disappointed because I was a fan of him. But since he treated the girls like that. Tiffany: "Want to be exposed?!" Tiffany should've exposed him. I would've made him cry on the spot. Exposing everything about him. See who will laugh now...
He was forced to do it. Apologized to Hara immediatly after this show and resigned from it. He hated being on this show and cried himself to sleep every night because he was forced to act mean and people were bullying him in the comments because of it. He's a victim of this show too.
if you want to know what they were actually speaking, learn Korean instead of watching those stupid and misleading English subtitles and believe in the unreal narrator.
This is actually pretty normal in Korea and around the world actually. A lot of guys will make offensive "jokes" and say that humor is subjective and call you a snowflake when you speak up about what they said. This is a lot more common in young age groups of guys. I've seen so much of it on tiktok where they laugh at girls sharing their sexual assault stories. Back to Korea, they tend to sexualize and humiliate female idols for comedic purposes.
I’ve experienced this with men of all ages. I don’t think I’ve met a guy who wouldnt joke about girls body or how they want to tastes someone cause theyre hot. This is why I don’t trust men. Even when you say he is a good person, I always assume that deep inside he objectifies women and laugh at his bros rape jokes because thats how almost all men around me portray themselves.Whenever my male friends who joke about women getting payed for their money or about their body, i always make them know im uncomfortable with it and leave the chat. I was the reason why they made a separate gc so they could talk about girls. I hate it so much that i sometimes lose interest in talking to them.
They do this in American media too. Look at Britney Spears and even women do this to other women/girls like Oprah to the Olsen twins. Letterman to Paris Hilton .... really predatory and talking about exactly what they said they don’t want to talk about
Till now my favorite host of variety shows is Yoo Jaesuk Oppa. He's really nice. He won't invade into another artist's privacy. He respects everyone. No wonder why he's Jessi's favorite.
Taeyeon was really pissed off and not giving a damn anymore about this show that she didn’t even say a word... lol the moment she fall onto Tiffany’s laps laughing
SM may be shit to Jessica but I don't think anyone in Soshi truly forgets about her and their friendship tbh. Just because a member were having a bad day and shots an annoying glance to other doesn't mean they're on a bad terms.
It was nice to have someone like Tiffany. Very outspoken and determined. She’s fierce and know what to talk and not. Understandable bcs she’s korean american. Others may afraid bcs they are native koreans and they have respect more to elderly whatnot. But sometimes we have to stand with our words and show our uncomfortable feelings. I support fanyy!
Tiffany is really protective, remember during Guerilla Date when a fan refused to hug Jessica because he has a girlfriend... Fany went on saying “you cant do that to our Jessica!” Love her!
No one really knows bcuz we only see what sometimes they want us fans to see just look at the t-ara case no one knew about hyoyoung until she left...not saying this is the same case but most of the time there's a lot of things we don't know outside of these cameras
@@GeraldineGGO Disclaimer: I don't think Kyuhyun is a terrible person, but stop victimizing him. It's a show, no one held a gun to his head, if he had more variety sense, he could have changed the topic and it would have been seamless and entertaining. But instead he pushed and pushed as he had done other times. He said he wouldn't be returning because he disliked getting more antis and criticism.
I'm a big fan of K-pop, and sitting here watching a group of men repeatedly go after a group of young women for clout is disgusting. If one of the groups I like had to endure this I hope they have the strength to stand up to it without a second's hesitation.
I HATE HOW KYUHYUN MAKES HARA CRIED JUST BECAUSE OF HIS STUPID OFFENSIVE JOKE EDIT: SO IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR OPPA LIKE YEOJA STUPID AND RINA LEE I'M SORRY BUT I LOST RESPECT TO YOU. SO DON'T BE LIKE YEOJA DON'T BE TO OBSESSED AND INSTEAD SPEND YOUR TIME TO LEARN SOME THINGS THAT REALLY MAKE SENSE.
Outspoken American here: if I were ever put in a situation like this I would probably react the same as Tiffany. She tried to work with it for a bit (while trying to conceal how angry she was) but after her members made it clear they were uncomfortable she drew the line and told the guys to back off. I would do the same for any of my friends and family, but I wouldn't have been as nice about it.
The disrespect! I am so disappointed in Kyuhyun.. he should’ve kept quiet when it was necessary.. for his sisters. Four times in a row without seeing the pain in her eyes shows how dumb and disrespectful they are.. I feel so sorry for all of them.. especially for Hara.. I‘m not saying that this was the only reason for her death but I‘m sure this affected her decision a lot.. Open your eyes and realize that words can hurt too!! Open your eyes before it’s too late...!! Btw a huge respect for Tiffany.. she’s an angel!!
I don't know you guys said you are so disappointed about Kyuhyun but you never watch those episodes of radio stars. Why you only believe in this edited video??? You should learn Korean instead of watching those stupid and misleading English subtitles and believe in the unreal narrator.
Since then, Tiffany always caught my eye until she became my bias in SNSD. I love everything about her and there's this aura that comes along with it then I realized, we're both leo and that is why ✨
Tiffany knows first hand about bullying in this industry, and I’m glad she sticks up for her members as well. To this day, she doesn’t put up with this crap 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Tiffany is just the best. She's not afraid to step up and speak up when she needs to, you can see how precious the other members and GG as a whole are to her. At the same time, she can adapt to the context and speak while still being nice enough to not come off as rude. Takes social skills to do that. Anyways I just love her
i hate this show in general i know it’s meant to b scripted and to “humiliate” for the views but i feel like they cross the line too much and it’s disrespectful
I met a Korean exchange student and while they were nice, sometimes their “humor” would just be insults and petty jabs. After I called her out on it she just laughed and said that’s how friends treat each other in Korea. She was nice and funny but after we cleared it up she was like yeah. It’s kinda fucked up. But it’s normal and you’re supposed to have thick skin. But like imo it just sounded like poor manners and rude lol. I am certainly more like Tiffany’s temperament and don’t like the bs beating around the bush/snarky low blows These hosts r weak..Like cut the circus you clown.
Girls’ generation are goddesses of Kpop people are dumbfucks. They always speak. speculate with just their assumptions. They type words in the internet as if they know everything thats why idols or artists get depressed if they have a weaker personality
robert patterson she is American technically but she doesn’t even remember Cali. You wouldn’t call yourself a nationality if you only lived there for a year.
And they did this to SNSD, one of the most powerful girlgroup in Korea, can’t imagine how hard it was for a new girlgroup to be on their show, especially if they still don’t have enough experience with this kind of question. Thank God I’ve never watched this show even when Kyu was still there.
honestly, this show always makes me disappointed in Kyuhyun. I would've thought he would try to protect Jessica since they're in the same company, but I guess money first then family. SM should talk to him seriously even for what he said to Hara (rip) and to the writers of the show. What's the point of having to say on a paper they don't want to speak about a specific topic, but then, later on, use it against them for entertainment
I was a sone for close to 5 years and I love sica but kyuhyun is innocent. he was on a contract and he was obliged to follow the script. he already quit once he could and apologised to everyone who he might’ve hurt unintentionally. there’s a reason why he’s close to the snsd members lol I’m sure he apologised to her aft the filming
@@megantanxq stop making excuses for him just because he's your fave I'll never understand hardcore fans, he was NOT innocent. Everyone had a choice. He could have appealed to SM if he was so uncomfortable, he could have gone off script like they did, he could have just not said anything. The latter is all what a morally right person does and many people in the same position have made the right choice to choose integrity over fame/contracts. You can already tell that Heechul would not even do this even if he was bound by contract because he's decent, moral and knows boundaries, I mean, what would SM even do? Suju was very popular at the time they wouldn't fire them. And if you keep blaming it solely on SM, this proves SM is the worst entertainment company, forcing their idols to do these shows... how can you stand your idols being such puppets to their company? Is anything they do even authentic then?
T M you should know how entertainment works in Korea. I really don’t like how Kyuhyun did this stuffs (thank God he quits!). The hosts are bound in contract.. they should follow what the scripts told them. Why?? Because they need to because he signed for that and approved by their management. Think of it, artists would not agree with these if their company did not approved it. Artists are clueless here, like as mentioned Sica wants her dating be in private however the scripts backfired her, you think the hosts will against to the program of course not bc they’re will be a legal action if they’ll against it. They’ll report that host if they not following the scripts. More drama occurs! And their name will be put on the spot. It will be better if this show close instead blaming the hosts.
The fact that the hosts didn’t give a shit about the privacy of Hara and Jessica and so on pisses me off as Hara has passed and this could also be a contributor of why she did what she did and if Tiffany had not been there,Jessica may have left us to.
i really love how tiffany and yuri just got jessica's back. the girls were standing for each other. and i believe that jessica still have a good relationship with them
Girl, you should look up his petty conflict with Yang Se Hyung over some wedding money. He should have apologized because he was in the wrong but boy, kept, on, disrespecting his hyung. Kyuhyun can't take a fall even when he is wrong or crossing someones boundaries.
And people who basing Tiffany for kicking Jessica out of snsd should see this video. TIFFANY is like always so nice and protective of her sisters and I'm sure jeti will meet sometime in the future since Tiffany and Jessica are both free artists Now.
I remember watching this a few months back and having my respect for Tiffany completely sKYROCKET. That entire show must’ve been exasperating as hell but she stood her ground. I’d fuckin cry as well if I were any of them so props to the other members for keeping it together even though they were under no obligation to even remain polite in that situation. Radio Star should’ve been cancelled the moment they decided to disrespect their guests and proceed to ask questions that were deliberately already rejected pre-recording. None of them deserved that and thinking about the hazing Hara/Kara went through during their airing also makes me infuriated as hell. The complaisance in this industry is srsly outta pocket and it’s a large reason why I avoid kpop now after having been a stan for so many years. It’s fucked up watching this shit growing up and not seeing how problematic everything is until you grow into adulthood yourself and witness/experience firsthand how women are publicly shamed and disrespected smh. Btw, I’ve been curious for a while, but how is Tyler Kwon an asswipe?? lololol I’m genuinely curious bc I’ve seen Sones hating on him since the very beginning but homie doesn’t even have a Wikipedia page so I can’t even look up all the terrible things he’s done hahahaha
I've watched every SNSD video I can find (many thanks to the SONE who've provided English subtitles) and attempting to reveal female idols' romantic lives is a staple of Korean variety shows. Even in its most benign forms I find it disrespectful (and tedious). These a-holes really were trying to trap Jessica. Though Jessica and Tiffany are both America/Korean I think Tiffany's American influences are deeper, so she was able to push back where Jessica (and the others) couldn't--and she did so with a grace the show hosts utterly lacked. The women of K-Pop deal with this crap all the time---from some 'obsessive 'fans' too. It's an ugly part of the business, and I hope it's on the way to disappearing (I hope the same for the US, where I am, and for any country actually). .
I mean... American isn't exactly a personality. Tiffany is very outspoken and typical American, and Jess isn't as blunt but she did say a few very pointed comments to the mcs. I loved when she shut Kyuhyun down with one LOOK after he told her not to get caught.
@@alexdhamp Oh yes. that too. From a really thoughtful US radio interview with Tiffany as she was embarking on her solo life here, she said she wasn't keen on the term "idol" . That term validates obsessive, cultish irrational behavior, and though it may seem a minor semantic point, its continued use has influence, to the detriment of the "artist" (Tiffany's preferred term).
@@simonwaugh5519 I recently seen that with Re:NO of the Japanese all girl metal group, Aldious. Before joining as their singer she was part of a Jpop duo called Suitei Shoujo(did the ending song from Ju-On/The Grudge 2, "Machigai")...the fans pretty much shit on her for her idol history even though she has a Hell of a voice. Seeing things like this and more, in Kpop too...yeah, I understand Tiff perfectly. I disagree with her a bit, though. "Idol" isn't the problem...it's people's negative perspective on it.
@@7ornever Oh yeah. Jessica appears introverted in general on these shows, especially compared to most of the other members, but they all seem very aware of bullshit. I wouldn't be surprised if, when Jessica was trying to get her accessories/fashion business started and made her case to SM , that some patriarchal outrage at some supposedly timid girl they thought they 'owned' wanted some independence--hence the still mysterious mess of Jessica's departure.
@@paulifeoli kyuhyun said careful to jessica (not to be caught if she dated). Jessica also said to kyuhyun, oppa too please be careful. They just remind each other. So, not wrong.
They really went of the line she said let's not talk about the past and they still did. Also one of the many reasons I love Tiffany, They would have had a great deal if I was there and they were talking about my members like that
This disgusted me! These hosts kept trying to override Jessica’s feelings about this topic. I’m glad she wasn’t there by herself and Tiffany kept blocking them. A rabid mauling Bear has more heart than these hosts.🤬🤬🤬

Nah.. don't be mistaken. Male idols have it just as bad.. entertainment industry is ruthless to everyone

@V nugget emotional manipulation does not only work on children

Kellyyha ha nah, i watched the full version and i agreed with OP comment. Hara cried bcuz of their shitty statement.

That's great and all but I would still love it if she released a Korean album and had less processing on her songs
Surabhi Mishra yeah for sure
NoctLightCloud what university did you study at? And how could you tell people there were depressed?

I think that since Tiffany was educated on a more western fashion her values and morals are a bit more on the feminist side than the rest of the girls. That and the fact she's way more extroverted
isn't jessica also from california though
@@blaise8538 Well first Jessica left Cali way before Tiffany, Tiffany started highschool on Cali then went to Korea, also Tiffany has always been more California girl while Jessica seems to have more used to Korean culture
This has nothing to do with feminism because no human will like to be treated this way. Man or woman. And not a matter of education!
It is a matter of choice. They choose to follow the toxic culture because they are afraid of criticism and of their image
not only in the kpop industry but in all of Korea and Asia in general
It will be harder for them to handle all the cyber and media bullying
BUT they have to work together and do something and this will never happen until someone/some people step out and say "enough"
Getting along with such things out of fear is not good nor healthy
I hope someone/some people inside the industry or outside it gains the strength to do something about this before more people lose their life due to such treatments
Omg no it has nothing to with "western values" she is simply more outspoken. It's a personality trait
@@dreamyclown7185 Yes but in Asia it seems like being an outspoken woman and defending yourself without faking a smile is something bad ... I’ve seen many female idols defending themselves for receiving uncomfortable comments of the hosts in tv shows and they can’t show how angry they are... they just can say how they feel faking a smile so people can’t say they are “rude, egocentric, entitled,Princess”, etc. There are cameras everywhere, everyone can see what really happened.
If someone makes me feel uncomfortable and is rude I’m going to leave the room.

the fact that the hosts told hara that she was being sensitive to a *"joke"* that made her feel really bad is just disgusting. they say it's *just* a *joke* but it's not even funny. i hope they enjoy the money they made from doing disrespectful sht.
The fact Hara started tearing up was a big red flag
As soon as someone is crying and asking you to stop it is not a joke. It is just bullying

Honey, SM is the one that put him on that show to begin with. They don't care about their idols, they just want the money.
SM with its slave contracts 😓
The fact that the hosts didn’t give a shit about the privacy of Hara and Jessica and so on pisses me off as Hara has passed and this could also be a contributor of why she did what she did and if Tiffany had not been there,Jessica may have left us to.

Girl, you should look up his petty conflict with Yang Se Hyung over some wedding money. He should have apologized because he was in the wrong but boy, kept, on, disrespecting his hyung. Kyuhyun can't take a fall even when he is wrong or crossing someones boundaries.
I did, he's the messiest member of Super Junior, not surprised he stooped this low.
I thought that he was decent but after I saw how he talked with hara and now this, I don't like him at all. He should be ashamed of himself.
And people who basing Tiffany for kicking Jessica out of snsd should see this video. TIFFANY is like always so nice and protective of her sisters and I'm sure jeti will meet sometime in the future since Tiffany and Jessica are both free artists Now.
Tiffany supported and promoted jessica new song at her concert.. they're still friends.
Hana Sanusi clip?
@@ELLIE-jm8ky if you have it.. just type Tiffany young call me before sleep.

Heechul would've been better. He knows when they are feeling uncomfortable and knows when to stop teasing smh
Yes, heechul did better and that's why he is so fit with varshow
I know right
he's the best sm artist (host) evaaa (according to me)
Yes, but sometimes Heechul’s jokes are offensive
YG GIRLS ONLY this is true, but not nearly bad as these people
So, Heechul will respect the SNSD's privacy (about dating)? Heuh.. And why SNSD don't respect and teased HEECHUL about his dating??
Jessica is being blessed to have such kind of friend like Tiffany
A girl group should have like Tiffany, amazing vocalist, exotic visual and sweet yet scary personality.
these hosts are shameful and should be held accountable for the many many lives they have pushed towards self harm
This is why everyone should ult bias tiffany
she is my number 2,jessica is my number 1 always!!!
I love The soshi members equally.
Truth!
@@hrf6548 me too I like all member of snsd equally 😍😍
already am 💕
It's an ugly part of the business, and I hope it's on the way to disappearing (I hope the same for the US, where I am, and for any country actually). .
Male idols deal with much of the same shit, too. In some cases, even worse "fans" sasaengs.
I wouldn't be surprised if, when Jessica was trying to get her accessories/fashion business started and made her case to SM , that some patriarchal outrage at some supposedly timid girl they thought they 'owned' wanted some independence--hence the still mysterious mess of Jessica's departure.
the way Jessica grabbed Kyuhyun by the NECK when he felt "powerful" enough to "expose" her. he's pathetic
Tiffany MVP wbk she's a Leo
Kyuhyun just say careful, why? What's wrong? Is say careful is a false????
@@epexeunoona ?
@@paulifeoli kyuhyun said careful to jessica (not to be caught if she dated).
Jessica also said to kyuhyun, oppa too please be careful.
They just remind each other. So, not wrong.
@@epexeunoona kyuhyun is slowly trying to "expose" jessica when in reality, jessica also know that there's something fishy going on with kyuhyun.
@@jayjay8782 thats why im saying that they just remind each other
He literally read out Jessica’s request to the writers, then proceed to not follow it and basically try out her. How rude.
Now I just remember how Amber tried to defend Sulli from bullied by a so-called fan of hers🥲🥲🥲 and she's no longer here😭😭😭
Sulli, Hara. Both are gone. I hope people who hurt them are gonna feel the same pain they gave her. Poor these women 😢
I aspire to be like Tiffany. We girls really gotta have each other's backs and protect each other.
They really went of the line she said let's not talk about the past and they still did.
Also one of the many reasons I love Tiffany,
They would have had a great deal if I was there and they were talking about my members like that
Haters: Tiffany is rude af.
SONEs: I didn't know there was a new language called bullshit.
This disgusted me! These hosts kept trying to override Jessica’s feelings about this topic. I’m glad she wasn’t there by herself and Tiffany kept blocking them. A rabid mauling Bear has more heart than these hosts.🤬🤬🤬
