Awlgrip's Yacht Paint System - Hullgard Extra to Awlcraft 2000

The following video shows a fully complete above-waterline paint system for a superyacht. The paint products were supplied by Awlgrip.
Below is a list of the products that were used, as well as links to their individual PDS (Product Data Sheet).
Surface Preparation: Bare Steel Plate
Abrasive blasted 1/2 of the steel panel with Black Beauty and polished the other half with 220 grit, 320 grit, 400 grit, 600 grit, and then 800 grit. The blasted side has a surface profile of 2.1 - 2.5 mils (53.3 - 63.5 microns). The polished side clearly has a surface profile ranging between 0.0 - 0.4 mils (0.0 - 10.2 microns). The PDS for Awlgrip's Hullgard Extra, requires a surface profile of 2.0 - 3.0 mils (50.8 - 76.2 microns).

Layer 1 Hullgard Extra Epoxy Primer White 2 cts
Layer 2 Awlfair LW (Fairing Compound) Pink
Layer 3 High Build Primer White 2 cts
Layer 4 545 Finish Primer White 3 cts
Layer 5 Awlcraft 2000 Topcoat Flag Blue 4 cts
The plan is to wet sand and then possibly apply Awlcraft 2000 clear or I'll just apply another 2 cts of Awlcraft 2000 Flag Blue.
