Considering the sheer amount of crazy color combos you could get the Veyron in, I'm surprised to see one with the relatively boring single tone red exterior and plain black interior.
what an amazing car! to all that call it 'bland' and 'dull' clearly don't understand the engineering and quality of the materials. it's probably one of the most interesting cars of the early 21st century and will be a future classic for sure
just discovered this channel, and I have been looking for something like this for ages. What an awesome in-depth review of a car. Nice and slow, full of detail, absolutely fantastic!
You're on the very top now. Reviewed and even test drove the Veyron. Congratulations. And I'm very proud that my 2004 Volkswagen Polo 1.4 9N has the same car keys. :D

I watched a local race between a Veyron and some other cars including a Tesla Roadster, a Ford GT and some rally hatchbacks. The Tesla ofcourse hardly made a sound --- and the Veyron sounded as if it was running at idle speed while overtaking the other cars with a low rumble. Crazy.
So Kyle finally had the chance to record a Veyron and people are bitching saying it's ugly smfh. The interior is still better than most super cars even back in 2008 and it's better now in 2014. Just appreciate this beautiful machine and stop bitching.
OriginalNoseBleed who would want to steal a car you can never drive or sell or take to the chop shop? they would catch you as only few people own them, you can drive a stolen corolla and no one will notice, driving a stolen Bugatti and heads turn
***** LOL funny but true! This goes for most exotic cars though, a stolen Ferrari, Lambo or Bugatti would be so easy for police and everyone to spot. Not to mention people always posting shit on instagram, you would know exactly where to find your car.
People don't seem to understand the Veyron. You don't buy a Veyron for things like entertainment, you buy it because of the prestige it holds behind it, the power, the awe-inspiring feel it gives everyone when you drive by. It's a car to shock and awe, not a car to cruise around with your friends on a Saturday night.
Unfortunately, the automotive significance and reputation this car once held has now been undermined by lamebrain entertainers -- "rappers" -- and their ilk. If you can't speak proper English, you should be denied purchase. I believe I have a neighbor somewhere that owns one in, what appears to be, all stone white (or whatever the designated shade of white is). I see it every so often in my neighborhood upon leaving my house. I'll try and take video next time I come across it.
Nick Rodriguez Precisely why I probably wouldn't even sell the car in the US if I was the one who designed it. Or at the very least, have limited availability there.
Nick Rodriguez There is some truth to what you're saying. Rappers have taken some of the prestige off of this car by using them as ornaments for their ratchet lifestyles.
Nick Rodriguez Umm those "lamebrain entertainers" do exactly what Josh said Bugatti owners are supposed to do, brag. People who buy cars like these buy them for the sole reason of impressing others. A car is not an investment. No matter how much of a high pedestal you try to put this car on, it will still at the end of the day just be a car. The fact that you feel that some people are more entitled than others, or entitled at all, to own a car shows how much of a classist, culturally insensitive ass you are.
I can only imagine how much it costs just to get a quart of oil let alone an oil change. Then again if you can buy this you don't ask that kind of question
I've learnt to appreciate the appearance of the Bugatti Veyron. First I thought it was hideous but I now think it's rather classy and stylish (only not in red haha). And I'm an engineer, so the engine and technical features on the car interests me very much :)
Eric Pang "And the interior is such a nice place to be. These indicator stalks for example are made of magnesium and cost 4,500 pounds each." Jeremy Clarkson during his first test drive of the Veyron.
You were followed quite closely during the filming, we can see his reflexion on the car... Scared of something? Anyway, nice car, like the colour and engine sound.
Normally, the car dealers give the keys to Kyle and let him do his job, but you can clearly see a guy this time in the paint reflections everywhere, keeping an eye on him. My point is how much difficult driving this on road and parking would be
I had the amazing opportunity to view the Perillo gallery in person when they had the famous "Bluegatti" Grand Sport Vitesse in stock. What a car! I won't be forgetting that experience anytime soon.
One of the best Veyron road-test on the internet. Love the way you did a sensible car review with such an insensible car. The Bugatti Veyron is my favorite modern vehicle and every video I ever saw of one its always about the performance or looks of it. Finally we get to see the instrument cluster, inside the glovebox, the boot, behind the seats, the interior lights, etc, etc. BEST VEYRON CAR REVIEW!!!
Most of you guys are talking about not buying this car. If you were a Millionaire or Billionaire it will definitely be part of your car collection. This is an exclusive car, anybody can't own it. I'll keep one and drive it about 5 miles every 4 to 5 weeks. Value on this thing will rise in the future.
I'd rather buy a Pagani, Enzo. The F40 will hold it's value and get more valuable as time passes. The Bugatti will remain the same value since they've produced a lot of them. They're not exclusive. I've personally never liked the Bugatti. Yes, it goes 250 mph, but it's boring. At least an F40 would actually sound good while driving around town. A Bugatti just sounds like low-rev turbo spool all day. The F40 makes crackling exhaust noises and sounds amazing when you put your foot down. There's a lot more fish in the sea.
Ben Davis I agree the F40 will have better value in the future, and be a better investment, however if you are buying a car to drive, hands down the Bugatti is better. The F40 is a jackhammer to your spine/butt, it's OBNOXIOUSLY loud on the inside, sightlines and blindspots are horrendous on it, you don't feel like you have any idea where the car is and will scrape on a toothpick if someone throws one on the road. The F40 has zero creature comforts. You say that's not the point of the car? I agree, that's why if you have the sort of money to own an F40, it isn't going to be your go-to car for long. And obviously, the Bugatti is much faster and handles much better, but these are cars of different eras so it's stupid to compare. Trust me that if you had an F40 and Bugatti for a year, by the end of the year if you wanted to go across town or across the country you would instantly choose the Bugatti. If you want to keep the car as a museum peice and drive it only on rare occasions (and listen to the obnoxious beauty of the engine), the F40 is the way to go. If you want a hypercar to actually drive, the Bugatti wins by a mile :)
Kyle you should be a Top Gear presenter you are great 👍 no matter what car it is, whether it be a Veyron like this one in the video or a Daewoo Lanos that wont start you will do a really good job, keep it up
I actually love the simple interior of this. Lots of cars these days come with screens, switches, dials and a mess of lights everywhere than can be distracting/annoying at 5 MPH never mind 250. Got to love tactile controls you can reach for! Interesting note on the heat in the front storage, that's why I love Kyle's videos, never would have even thought...
Kyle, I might b able to get you to film the Hennessey Venom GT, are u interested in that? I know a mechanic working in Hennessey. I can talk to him if you want to
Lake Forest supercars took delivery of it even though someone else bought it, just like how Jay Leno's got delivered to the mclaren place for him to pick up. i know the car dealership doesnt own it i was just pointing out that there are more in the states in response to the comment "Jay Leno's the only one in the states with one now"
No, it's the official car of the highly experienced engineers who can respect it properly and understand why it's still the most advanced car in the world today despite not being the fastest. Kyle, you're the man! Cruising down Lake Shore Drive at like 70mph (45mph limit lol) you drove right by my moms place! Wish I was around to see that, I bet you're glad you can cross that off your bucket list huh?
Kamal Kouja if something is expensive, it doesnt presence the quality of the product, the only thing that make this car special is its the only 16 cyl sports car in the market
Definitely an ultimate hypercar, just as amazing as the classic McLaren F1. Totally love the power gauge with '1001' as the highest measurement. It's kinda funny to see the dealer representative that always on your behind as you're filming. He just can't let anyone be alone with a million dollar piece of ultimate engineering. I'm waiting for an ultimate drag race between Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, Lamborghini Veneno, Porsche 918 Spyder, Pagani Zonda Revolucion and of course Koenigsegg One:1
2nd Comment of 2: Kyle's over here doing the Bugatti Veyron AND driving it, and y'all over talkin bout "Do the LaFerrari" or "Now do the P1." Do y'all realize #1, how hard it is to find cars like that, and 2, getting the owner/dealer to allow you to do something like this? You have to remember what a privilege it is for Kyle to do cars like this one. Believe me when I say that what Kyle gets a chance to do, Kyle will do.
Kids don't understand how hard it is for a non-professional to arrange a supercar review. It took Kyle this long to find a 2008 car that he could actually play around with. With a career and a family, and without access to manufacturer press cars, you're at the whim of dealers and owners.
superchan7 non-professional? Kyle? In my opinion he is doing the best car-reviews on TH-cam! Don't forget how successful and famous his channel became since the last 2 years.
HappyPlacebo I don't think superchan7 was saying non-professional in a negative context. I think he meant it in the fact that he's not someone who's got "cash in hand" and is ready to buy the car. I do agree with you though....Kyle is the epitome of car reviews. Period. Some of the "big-name" car channels such as Motortrend and Car and Driver could take some notes!
It's a pretty bland looking car inside and out for the price tag... though it was a technological masterpiece of a car at one point. I'd much rather go with one of those Aventadors but that's just me.
I was a huge fan of bugatti veyron this video change my mind this was a awesome video tho I loved but overall this car is way over priced idk maybe is just the broke me saying that but I would be happier in a lambo
Thank you Saabkyle for this great review. I have seen a lot of BV video here on youtube, and I am certain that this video is the most informative video on the veyron. I enjoyed every second of it.
The frs and veyron are not even in the same league you have to compare the frs to cars in its class like the Nissan Z, Miata and the likes. I’m pretty sure a super car gets a pass on not having creature comforts however the same can’t be said about an anemic flat four coupe.
There's a lot of haters on this video. That's okay. Everyone can have an opinion. But not everyone can have a Bugatti Veyron... Nor a Agera R... Nor a Venom GT... Nor a GT-R... You all can proceed to giving yourselves self prostate exams now.
It's simply jealousy regarding another individual's financial stability. If they applied themselves, they too could own one, rather than berating it from their computer monitor.
Nick Rodriguez You really think if someone applies himself to his job he can get enough to buy a veyron and still pay his bills, along with providing for his family ? Are you THIS stupid ?
I love how Kyle just treats it as just any car, very professional.
The key must of have been a spare key, because the real key looks alot nicer

^^ +60k is expensive. Not many families can afford a +60k vehicle, plus insurence adding up on that.
Kamal Kouja if something is expensive, it doesnt presence the quality of the product, the only thing that make this car special is its the only 16 cyl sports car in the market
Am I the only person who finds this car wildly unattractive ?
younger me though that this was the prettiest car ever built. it looks like a golf to me now
its kinda ugly i agree wit u
SilkStreets it alright looking car it just only for rich assholes to have.
Vicky Botha get em get em
*Years Later.*
Thanks Kyle, watching this video really helped me understand the real beauty of this car.
They're using the same Huf flip key used in the Volkswagen Beetle.
I know Bugatti is owned by VW, but come on. -_-
Yeah, a bunch of things are being shared. The chime is the same as well. It's really unbelievable in a car costing over $1.5 millions dollars.
Beetle? It's like all the cars in the VW family (except for passat and CC) had the same key
Bright Ivan I know, but that doesn't make it any better.
with the time and money invested in this car, things like the key and chime were last on the list.
I think somehow someone in the group mentioned "use what we've already got"
I have the same key on my Jetta... I don´t know if it´s sad for Bugatti or prestigious for the Jetta
Volkswagen made the engine. Yet it even looks like a tuned up volkswagen
Evokyr
Volkswagen does not make the Veyron engine. The engine is patented and built by a division within Mercedes AMG.
Evokyr Really? I heard that the exterior designing was done by VW and thats all? Dont nail me on this just seeking information and kindly asking :')
Shahaab Sherwani The engine was made by the volkswagen group. Google can be your biggest friend
Evokyr Well, Bugatti is owned by the Volkswagen Group!
Came here just to here this thing rev up, love that sound so much
It's a pretty bland looking car inside and out for the price tag... though it was a technological masterpiece of a car at one point. I'd much rather go with one of those Aventadors but that's just me.
Yea my Ford Thunderbird has a bit more zip.
It's not bland! It is a MASTERPIECE! This will blow the aventador and the thunderbird away!!!
I said it is bland looking.. we're talking the looks here, not the performance.
Anyone watching this after the stradman just revealed this is his new hyper car.
Definitely one of the Greats! Way ahead of it time.
I was a huge fan of bugatti veyron this video change my mind this was a awesome video tho I loved but overall this car is way over priced idk maybe is just the broke me saying that but I would be happier in a lambo
dj Brukshut agreed. And maybe its just me but I think this car is ugly as hell compaired to Ferraris and Lambos
Overpriced? pretty sure I heard a rumour somewhere that they lost money on every single one they sold.
Look It's That Boy
I know the LFA was a money loss lol
My Veyron has a different key. Probably because its newer.
Oh yeah Because you have a Veyron lol....
do you have videos of it ?
How do I? Surely you would have videos of it?
i was asking justin that sorry
he was using the valet/spare key.
Thank you Saabkyle for this great review.
I have seen a lot of BV video here on youtube, and I am certain that this video is the most informative video on the veyron. I enjoyed every second of it.
For £800,000 worth of car you get a VW golf key fob lol
And VW chimes and sounds.
thats not completely bad, at least it will always work well lol
That's true, the bugatti key looks exactly like the key of a VW Golf.
Ridiculous for such an expensive car.
Guys that's the spare or "valet key"
The primary key is very smart, and suits the car. This is the extra key. google it
Funny how people gave the scion frs crap for not having steering wheel controls
The frs and veyron are not even in the same league you have to compare the frs to cars in its class like the Nissan Z, Miata and the likes. I’m pretty sure a super car gets a pass on not having creature comforts however the same can’t be said about an anemic flat four coupe.
Still an incredible piece of hand craftsmanship!!!!
can test drive a bugatti but not a ford gt
I woke up in my new Bugatti!!
Stfu please
Stfu please
y
gta reference lol
Great video, you mention more facts about the car than any other video about this car.
Nick Rodriguez I see you're not grounded in reality.
why did you put a tuned elise in that list?
elise is a sportscar and can not be compared to the likes of bugatti, koenigsceg etc
R. Anderson
Towards what basis?
Nick Rodriguez You really think if someone applies himself to his job he can get enough to buy a veyron and still pay his bills, along with providing for his family ? Are you THIS stupid ?
This car costs fucking 2 million dollars but it uses the same key fob as a $16k Jetta lmao.
TheHvk because a key fob is what makes a car
TheHvk Volkswagen makes Audi, Porsche, Bugatti, and other cars.
And the same door ajar chime.
