Tried ur Maghlooba recipe many times , every time it turns out fantastic. Everyone loves it. Only change which I do is I roast each vegetable with 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the oven . This way they are more healthier & this doesn't affect the taste either. Thank for this amazing recipe.
