Mbuna Cichlids caught in the act. 1-29-21

Mbunas are like rabbits. They are constantly using the "dance floor" to do the hippity hop. When is there not a Momma holding? I'm thinking Mbunas are my favorite type of African Cichlid. ‪@CichlidAquariums‬‎

I havn't paid much attention to how long the female mbunas brood, but when my lemon jake was holding, it was up to a month. So about 3 to 4 weeks.

Second day it was starting holding
Egg mouth in 2 or 4 weeks
