Take a course on how to get your videos to rank on the first page of a search. How to use keywords etc. Otherwise there’s gonna be many many people that will miss out on this unbelievably valuable life-changing content.

Thank you Dr. K! You're the first doctor that I've felt speaks my language so to speak.. I read your book years ago and it was like a God send, in a sea of incompetence. Thank you for all that you do. ❤

Hi Dr. Kharazian, I love your videos! So what you’re saying is that when we veer away from how we were meant to live we get sick. And the reasons we don’t get well is because we keep our old patterns of how we got sick (poisoning ourselves, not sleeping properly, not exercising, bad relationships, not having joy and meaningful activity, etc.) So by not changing those bad habits, we stay sick. That makes perfect sense. And when we start to correct these bad habits, we go into “remission”. In other words, when you start living healthfully again, you don’t display the symptoms of being sick. And if everyone has some level of antibodies, and the labs are determining what’s “normal”, then none of us really have a “disease”. We are just on a spectrum; pushing our luck with unhealthy living and when it catches up to us then we are said to have an “autoimmune disease”. And the reason there is no cure is because it’s not really a disease. It’s just a result of unhealthy lifestyle or poisoning. And when your body can’t tolerate the level of oxidative stress that you’ve given it, you get sick. So that means there is no actual disease. The symptoms of autoimmune are really just signs of oxidative stress to the point where our body cannot detoxify faster than it’s being loaded. And the reason there is no one protocol is because we all have different tolerances, toxins (pathogens, bacteria, viruses, parasites, Frankenfoods) and detoxification capacities. And the ones that don’t get better are the ones that have done too much damage already and can’t get back on track or they simply need more time to detoxify from all the oxidative stress they have accumulated. The body isn’t attacking itself. It’s too intelligently designed for that. It’s attacking something in the tissues that it perceives to be detrimental to our wellbeing. With all the new cases of “autoimmune diseases” in the last several years, it would be evolutionarily impossible for it to be caused genetics. Genetics do not evolve that quickly. It’s obviously environmental. We are being poisoned by the chemicals in our food, pesticides, antibiotic overuse, addictions to food, sugar and technology, and possibly other things of which we are not even aware. So the good news is that most of us don’t really have an incurable autoimmune disease. We just have symptoms of an unnatural lifestyle, which can be fixed with some time, understanding and dedication.

I don’t know whose in charge of this TH-cam channel but there’s a lot that needs to be upgraded. The thumbnails are about as basic and boring as possible. If you want your TH-cam channel to grow you’ve got to start creating viral thumbnails and headlines. Viewers just never will be attracted to the type of thumbnails that this channel has had. The content is amazing! It’s gold. That’s why I’m actually offering this advice. Because a lot more people need it.

Thank you! Can you do a talk on neuropathy and Hashimoto's. My doctor can't figure out why my toes are getting numb without pain. I have Hashimoto's ,Meniers and MTHFR. I read your books and being my own scholar, I think it may be vitamin B absorption issue. It's getting worse and I've gone to a chiropractor neurologist and he just said it was idiopathic neuropathy. Which didn't give me a clear answer.

Mandy my big toes went numb for a couple of years. I thought it had to be my shoes. Then I found out I was prediabetic. As I reversed my prediabetes the numbness slowly went away.
