This is such a great concept! I have never looked at goals this way. I have felt regret for not finishing some things but my interests changed, and the regret was just clutter!

I've never thought about old goals causing emotional clutter! That is so interesting. I think that's what's happening with me. I need to sit with this.

I honestly needed this video as a lot of things have been holding me back up until this week. I've just been caught up in situations that I can't control, or getting lost in people who aren't worth my time and energy. I'm not about to listen to those who think it's worth it to meddle back into any situations that make me feel frustrated, drained or tired.... at the same time, I have a lot of pride when it comes to my own growth and evolution and how I've stepped up for myself, so I can't see myself walking away from something that makes me feel good on the inside. I appreciate you making this video, Ronald!

My goals are definitely holding me back. These are wonderful new concepts that speak to me. Interesting about the concept of holding on to the physical items associated. The emotional clutter is powerful, and I am looking forward to working on this.

Totally loved this. i have some new goals in life, some classes and such I want to try, but two hobbies, and a class that I have to go to with a relative that she is still interested in, and I'm not, need to be decluttered in my life as much as possible, to make room for the newer things that I really want to do.

I'm thinking that some of these goals may come in and out of life. Like, I've let go of some goals because now isn't the right time for them; there are more important things right now...but I wouldn't be surprised if they came back a few years from now.

I'm not saying that I'd obsess over them in the meantime but that they could return one day.

Is it really quitting though? You've achieved a lot by pursuing them, for instance satisfying curiosity, learning transferable skills. Therefore, you've completed your goals as far as you're concerned. Someone else may choose to go further, but if not death, eventually something else will put a pause to those pursuits, such as retirement, market needs, etc. However, I do relate to those red flags, thank you for the aha moment😮 ❤

This happend to me and I let go because it really screwed up my mental health. I really hope to find my passion again but for now I just dont feel it. The clutter around it is something I really have to deal with 😅
