Pray, get some really good counseling, and grey rock while moving on. It is very possible to forgive without subjecting yourself to more abuse.
You are very mature for only 30. You have accomplished so much already. I remember telling myself I would take care of myself financially when I turned 30, and I did. Thank goodness. I am retired now due to 31 years of saving and investing.

I completely agree, and strongly believe this is a huge player in the decline of our society. We cannot be someone else and should be thankful that we are unique, even with our faults. The one thing I'm still trying to work on is finding meaningful work and not letting this temporary job I have in retail become something that sucks the life out of me. It's hard, especially when a lot of these little things don't change... complaining about anything and everything that annoys me or that I can't control and learning to be more socially active, even if it's for 2 minutes at a time, drains my energy. Focusing on the negatives drains my energy. I understand that making more impactful change doesn't happen overnight, or at least, this is something I try to remember. It's just hard having to deal with this current situation and being in a place of slow transition.
You bring so much clarity to me through just talking so openly and freely. What a pleasure of a human you are. May you and your beautiful family always be in good health and pure happiness 🧿 Thank you 🙏🏽

Having such a hard time letting go of anger. Doubt that I can have conversations with the people or situations I’m angry with, because they don’t care. I saw a man in a convertible throw a beer can out from his car. And before I could process the shock of drunken driving littering, a different car chucked a fast food bag from their window into the tree line. How do we let go of anger over things that really matter, but can’t be changed? I want to let things go, but also want to make a change in the world. I can’t accomplish anything if I don’t care, and if I care, I get really angry. Just being a person who doesn’t litter isn’t enough 😔 Love your advice, you are a fountain of wisdom. Thank you

First and foremost, thank you for all your inspiration. Secondly I can personally say I've been through years of struggle, both for my own mental health and for my physical health. I'm taking up a loan so that I'm able to buy a complex apartment. Where I've been for the past two years or so has not been healthy, not for my mind or for my body. Even though it'll cost me in terms of a large amount of money, time, stress and energy it will be 100% times better than the place I'm at right now. I just hope for further guidance and tons of luck, cause I'll need it.
