The difference between induction cook-top and electric coil stove was very well explained! Never even thought about the difference. I like my yolks slightly less firm so let them sit for 8 mins. instead of 10 mins. PERFECTION :) Thx. Chef

Thanks, I'm glad I chose this one as I recently got converted to induction and I'm glad you mentioned how to cook on that type of stove. 5 brown eggs and no green rings. I'm now aware of leaving the stove on 1 or 2 to keep the heat on a bit longer. I'll check out your other videos as well.

Thanks for vid. Been steaming so long, forgot how to boil...haha. At 10 min, most of my yolks were still runny. Had to let mine go for 13-14 min. Some of my chickens lay ‘huge’ eggs. Curious, instead of wasting water for couple min, why not plug sink fill w\cold water, then maybe some ice?

Its been a couple months but i tried again today and i made sure to watch a video so i can correctly do it and well this time everything went perfect, no way i can mess that up. i also looked at the egg peeling tutorial and the first 3 came out perfectly with little to no good part of the egg stuck to the shell but with the final 2 i was kind of hungry and in a hurry so i did it sloppily and ended up getting parts of the egg stuck to the shell but overall i did good.
