Exactly. It's not as though everything was great and then some guy came and messed it up. It starts in the home and is perpetuated by school bullying and workplace politics and crabs-in-a-bucket mentality in the community.
Lots of trauma informed therapy mainly EMDR because the self-esteem stems from something deeper it’s trauma. You have to get to the root of the issue. No amount of time is going to fix it unless we work on it ourselves. We have to save our ourselves unfortunately, at least WOC
I remember when I had low self esteem, so many men would flock to me, now that I’ve held and found my value, that flock is nowhere in sight and I thank the Lord everyday to keep raising my vibrations to keep me from these demons .
I’m telling you… the way my life changed when I developed self esteem was crazy. I’m literally living my dream life now. The sad part is I had to fight everyone in my life and lose everything because every last person including my family was so used to me letting them use and degrade me, they all SNAPPED. I built them up by playing small…. NEVER let anyone take your power, even if it was ingrained in your subconscious since childhood. Fight and take it back!

Low self-esteem has crippled me. I'm starting to love myself gradually, but I can't help but wonder what my life would have been if I didn't doubt myself too much or allow people's opinions to define me. I don't know if I can fix my self esteem. The abuse from two narc parents. The childhood bullying. The predators and loser boyfriends who traumatized me. That's what they call C-Ptsd. After I healed my trauma I noticed this scent in people that are unhealed, that repel healthy people. Anxiety, hyper vigilance, mental illnesses as well as physical illnesses give out different scents. We are wired this way for survival and selecting a healthy partner to procreate with. These redirect healthy people but it’s attractive to abusers because they need someone to procreate with and also for recreating their trauma with their offspring. love self-esteem, abusive and manipulated men can tell who has unresolved trauma. Women who grew unprotected have no boundaries the making it easy to use, abuse, and get over on her.
