Looks good guys. We started our mobile home Reno too, but hit a bump in the road with some health issues I'm having 😥. So I've got to focus on getting healthy again. Can't wait to get back to VA to continue work. Gonna have to remove skylights and patch the roof so we can reseal the whole thing the next time. Then finish repairing the last of the floor and wall rot, then hopefully get started on residing it in T1-11. Once it's weather tight it game on inside. We've already ripped out 90% of the sheetrock and insulation. Can't wait until we get to the point you guys are at. So exciting when walls start going up.
