Out of the whole 77 mins, what I loved is how Ganesh encapsulated the whole podcast in few sentences and linking each step one after another so seamlessly.
1 hour 16 minutes 56 seconds podcast without forwarding, listened with ear and mind focused fully, wow! What a useful podcast. Inspiring, thank you very much for the podcast. Every point discussed about company culture deeply resonates.
After looking at this podcast, I have a concrete reason to try out Odoo. Not because of advertising but because of the value it provides. Crazy culture in Odoo. Learnt a lot. Thank you for this wonderful podcast! Loved how Odoo picks a leader from a team and promotes him/her rather than hiring a manager.
It would be awesome to see a full case study on BSNL, talking about its current problems, how they're trying to fix them, and looking into their financials. Can BSNL actually become profitable again? What’s the difference in their hardware and software compared to competitors? Do they use any management software like Odoo for their daily work? A lot of people have these kinds of questions about BSNL, but nobody seems to be giving real, data-based insights. Instead, most TH-camrs are just after views, making comparisons and giving their "intellectual opinions."..... It’d be great if Think School could dig deep into these points and make a proper case study on BSNL. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
*Please make a video on outdated, useless school syllabus in india. Our syllabus is so much useless that it doesn't benefit to get any job nor help to them for any health emergencies like heart attack, stroke. Thousands of people become paralysed due to late availing treatment after symptoms of stroke start due to not knowing importance of time in stroke treatment. Is our current all syllabus is so much important to exclude such important information?*
Education and health have been pressing issues for many years. Despite this, no politician has made a substantial pitch on these topics, and they seem to remain largely unaddressed.
Bow down to you Ganesh, for bringing this guy. He joined the list of my inspirations, especially the culture he built in his company. Not the product but people is what the strong message is.
I met him two days agoo at Odoo community days and I told him that his interview with think school was soooooo good !!!! He's such a humble and energetic man ! A person's value isn't determined by the money he/she makes , a person is valued by how highly everyone speaks of them when they aren't around ! I overheard a few of his employees praising him like anything ,this is what made me feel yes I want to be this .I want to be this person within the next 10 years .
Odoo is an example for us that skills is matter, European can also learn from Indian street guy, India is a very good place for business, Make saas which help your clients in every pain point, We have to change our traditional office working and need to make a culture for office😊😊😊❤ A great podcast
Using odoo last 6, participated many odoo events in Dubai, nice to hear from your podcast, great podcast. Mr.Fabien show his out of traditional thinking in business.
For the past 3-4 years, I have been working on startup ideas and searching for new ones. Thank you for this podcast, it will help me build my own startup and address societal problems.
I see their sponsor segment on Linus Tech Tips but I never realised how easy and practical their solution is. I guess they should do more ads educating about their product.
Watched it in one go. I mean amazing, Today I watched India with the perspective of an European and What a Lovely person he is. Thank You @ ThinkSchool for this amazing Content.
Boy this man is a gem. While others run after quick revenue, this guy is content with just 10% paying customers and has leveraged the open source community like nothing before. And being able to provide all the services for less than 600pm was surprising. Huge win for the Indian msme sector. Thank you Ganesh for bringing us these stories, wishing you all the best for the future.❤
People from develop country like Belgium come to India and start successful company with no money, zero knowledge about local culture and local language meanwhile people in India keep blaming the governments, parents, education system and the society 😂😂😂
Great Podcast , I like the thinking of fabien that if you want to setup a company ,You need a great person and not location and likes his event idea of setting up for 2 days and the variety of topics we have in hand and the freedom of choosing in what you find interesting . Hope to get more podcast like this😊
Excellent podcast. I love that line - "Our business is built on empathy". I always believe that every business should be built on solving a core principle/emotion❤
Amazing Founder. If a person can migrate anywhere and still choses India because they think it is big market and they have to build for it than that founder has Fire inside for business and thinks from first principles. Odoo will definitely go a long way in India.
I really really loved this Podcast, after using Odoo for last 7 month... I haven't skip any minute.. I really loved the culture you are building in business... So inspiring Fabian and Ganesh...
Very nice podcast. Happy to know the great culture of odoo. They found India to be the best market for business. This clearly shows how one can use a wide market and become a successful entrepreneur here.
Wow man, it's amazing how you summaries all that. I feel like I need to open your mind and see what's going inside. Definitely signing up to your communication masterclass, I need that storytelling ability. 🔥
Pls like before you watch Indian audience are very dry while coming to attain or enjoy this type of content ❤it's free for you but cost so much for people who are other side of the screen 😊
Wow Ganesh! you summarised it so well. I would like to see notes that you take in the podcast. Just want to see how do you structure all the notes and then structure all the thoughts in the summary.
Awesome job, Thanks Ganesh. but if you add subtitles it would really good. because facing difficulty to understand the accent of the speaker sometimes speakers speak in their native language such as hindi. which is difficult to understand and miss the content
More than these types of videos.world geopolitics is most interesting.i am waiting daily to watch your world politics episode.kindly address my comments
In jan 2024, while giving interview they asked whether i knew how to develop in odoo, and that was the first time i had heard the name. But now, my god they are everywhere.
@saiphaneeshk.h.5482 Good Choice if you didn't pick that company as a developer , Odoo has a very limited scope in developer , I started my career back in it in 2019 just that they are spending on heavy marketing. Luckily switched to Other python based technologies. Even the company was pivoting to ERPNext leaving Odoo . My experience with ERPs says that they need to be specialized not generalized. Else it cuts down a lot of features. Workday, SAP, Tally, Salesforce are pretty much succesful in the market cause of having limited range.
Finally i finished, and learned a lot ❤... Thank you sir for asking the right questions.. ❤ Lastly, What a summary 😅... Sir i have a request if possible please share the podcast note which is taken by you.
This guy is asking the right questions to Fabien, I really felt disgusted about the questions Ranvir asked him, like he knew so freakin less about the space and did shitty research on him. Think school is spot on.
Out of the whole 77 mins, what I loved is how Ganesh encapsulated the whole podcast in few sentences and linking each step one after another so seamlessly.
Two Lessons For Me
1. It is all about the Product.
2. It is all about the People.
One lesson for u:
It's all PR and marketing
Can't wait for community days!🎉 🙌

He said " if u want to do build a successful business then u have to fix a complex problem in the society".
This touched my brain 😅
