I love Dr McClanahan's videos. First off, he's not full of himself!!! I went to a Podiatrist who was over 30 yrs in the business (thinking he'd have a lot of knowledge about foot pain) instead, he whisked me in, did a short check over of my foot, said , oh you have Sesimoidist in one foot and also Neuromas.. I said what do I do, his reply.. we'll you aren't getting any younger, take it easy.. Then said, I can give you a shot of Cortisone... (at the time , being in so much pain) I said ok.... turns out, the shot never really worked and the Neuromas went from one to three in the right foot and 2 in my left!!!! enter next Podiatrist.. although she spent more time examining my foot than the first doctor and did order an MRI... again, suggested Cortisone shot!!!!!! neither doctor EVER explained how the neuromas happen , further NEVER gave me stretches to do!!!!! by just watching Dr. McClanahan's videos, I have learned so much about foot care! not to mention, about stretches for the feet !!! also, having been doing many of the recommended stretches, my foot pain has decreased so much !! Thank Dr. McClanahan, keep the videos coming !!

Right he does tell you a lot more, not just surgeries pain medication like you were born deformed after 25 foot surgeries the doctor just said nobody’s perfect would about a pain shot? Well he said I was born deformed. I was in rehab nothing worked after so many shoes 12 pairs I gave up hope. Than I came upon Natural foot gear got the, minimalist , shoes ininji socks correct toes, I still have some pain but it’s much better, I know it takes time ,but. It’s better than having my foot cut and disfigured and diet of painkillers. I will continue to believe and tell others, most people won’t believe me, but some do.

Is there any chance that by using Correct Toes, I will be able to treat a morton's neuroma?

I have been dealing with a feeling like a rock is under my big toe slightly medial from center of the pad under the big toe. I was in a fat bike race yesterday and because my boots are winter riding boots they are slightly large. With all of the pushing on the pedal and rubbing, when I got home it was swollen and sticking out in that area. I bought your Correct Toes and zero drop shoes but when I wore the shoes on a short walk, the next day I felt like I had plantar fasciitis... so I'll have to transition very slowly. I've seen a podiatrist and she said not to worry about it. I am very active and need to know how to protect it while I do activities so that it can heal. I know if I see another doctor they will offer an injection, is this recommended?

Thanks for the input! We have a lot of videos in the works, but we'll definitely pass that along to our marketing team. If you'd like some medical input in the meantime, our clinic is proud to offer remote consultations--give our office a call at 503-243-2699 to see about scheduling a consultation.

My "neuroma" (as casually diagnosed by a podiatrist) feels worse when I take my shoe off. Does that mean it might not be a neuroma?

Do your toes go numb with this?
