  • As much as I love my go plus inflatable kayak, the fact that the carry handles were in the wrong place prompted me to add two additional ones.
See how I go about it and how I get on....

Got some useful tips from your video. I am going to stick some D-rings onto my kayak and will also be trying to stick a skeg base onto the front of the hull of the kayak (so I can add a second skeg when sea kayaking). I was going to use the HH-66 vinyl cement.

Thanks for your kind words. Hi-66 is supposed to be really good stuff which is reflected in the price 😂 all the best

I got this kayak last year and love it, but the lack of a carry handle for solo kayaking is irritating. It’s a problem with pretty much all the fully drop stitch kayaks on the market today. I got a single handle kit with PVC glue from NRS and glued it to the center of the floor. When inflated, the floor is locked in place so I can carry the whole thing under arm. As for the snapping sound of the hull in rougher water, I kind of like the sound! 😀

Yes they are cracking kayaks and a functional carry handle just makes them even better

Witch one is better the Brent spirea or the goplus .as I want something strong so my small terrier can come out with me and don't want his nails to puncher it ..... thanks

@@anthonybrock8202 personally I’d go for the goplus. For three reasons. 1. Only one skeg so easier to nose up onto a bank 2. Super super strong and comfy 3. The dropstitch floor covers the whole seating area unlike the spinera so more vulnerable to piece the floor. Oh and the goplus is much cheaper. Just my opinion of course but hope this helps 👍
