Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us Ricky, I appreciate this content. I have a couple questions if you don't mind; The video seems focused on introducing the mindset and general principles of simplifying complex processes rather than providing detailed steps or advanced techniques for implementation. Was that the intention all along?
Thanks for taking the time to ask. Yes, that was the intention all along. I spent some time thinking about being more specific, but that always led me down a path that was too specific and pointed to my profession. So, I thought about how I helped others: business analysts write user stories, QA specialists create automated tests, product owners plan product roadmaps, and even helped my son train for amateur boxing. All these are very different, but the underlying approach was the same, which I presented in this video.
@@RickyGarcia_Learning Thanks for the thoughtful response, Ricky! That totally makes sense now. I might have misread the title and was expecting more step-by-step details, but I still really appreciate the insights you brought to the video. Wishing you the best!
Really appreciate the feedback here. As I'm coming back to the platform after 4 years away and hearing directly for someone who watched the video helps so much.
Well though out video, Rickey. Lots of practical advice to delve into.
Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed it! Glad to have some feedback.
