I have a 75 Nova, these will definitely be going in my wish list. I already have a 4 piston 13 inch rotor upgrade. Its a whole knuckle upgrade , has the newer style hub bearings but they are heavy and require 17 inch rims
This is awesome And look great also Question to the tech side of these pads though ! With the length of callipers Is there no way of running a longer pad for more friction area ?
Friction area has almost no effect on stopping power, especially as it relates to that limited by piston area. Force from piston are by pressure applied and the style of compound are what matter.
This video was definitely due, I have seen on many channels everyone thinks that you have to use TBMBRAKES because that's all they hear about on TH-cam, and then a lot of people's response is why would you put race brakes on a street car. A couple years ago I actually went with wilwood brakes because I didn't realize TBM had Street brakes for my 1982 S10. Still unused if you want to trade up lol Edit,,, now I see this is a new product.
It all depends on pedal ratio. This particular car had a manual brake setup from the factory with a 1.0” bore so we left it alone and it works perfect! Give us a call and we can help spec things for you
Some people want a vented rotor for their hot rods that do a lot of long hauls. Two completely different styles of brakes. But we are here to offer more solutions everyday!
The race brakes make a ton of dust. I'm thinking about swapping out my race brakes for these on my Chevelle for that reason. I've only put around 3000 miles and 1.5 Drag Weeks on mine, so I can't comment on extended street use yet.
Can't wait for the SN95/New Edge style to be released!
They out now? Seen some sn95 stuff on the website. Buying them if so!
Forsure getting these for my truck
so happy that this came out cuz I need to upgrade my disc brakes on my 65 Chevelle.
Another awesome looking product for older hot rods that just need an upgrade with the stop department to match all the go department

Need them to start making stuff for the dodge d100/150 market. I need these
What about a kit for a 63 Chevy 2? Wanting to upgrade from the factory drums.
Why does TBM have on their website that this brake kit is not intended for street use then? Just curious.
Damn brother!!! Sweet
8s 4500lbs 4 door 1972 Ford LTD called Yacht 1 could use some of these!
Will it fit 65 Chevy impala?

I love it, Basically if you have a leak, it's your fault. 🤣🤣🤣
Damn nice . Would these be good enough for a daily driver
The Nova in the video was on daily driver for a year with the pre production of these
Can you use the stock 14" steel wheels with this brake setup? Thanks for what you do for all of us. Later
No sir, 15” minimum
What master cylinder would be recommended to work on these brakes for a Nova ?

How are the pads when it comes to brake dust?
We found them to be quite awesome. We did quite a bit of pad testing and found these to be a great balance of stopping power vs dust!
sucks i have a 1969 javelin .... LOL not much stuff out there for those -- it does have the bolt pattern of a ford .. and my chrysler 300c rims
Crown Vick brakes? 2004!
Kohler Lights
Do you guys want to prototype C3 Corvette with me?
Hazel Ramp
Cole Point

Well for that price you might as well get the lighter drag kit that has bin proven on drag and drive cars.....
