“It’s how rabbits are. They’re harmless”
Apparently someone hasn’t seen Monty python
I don't know they have a mean kick.
They can also have a mean bite
@@kohakuaiko I have actually seen a rabbit kick a snake to death defending it's young. Trust me rabbits have a mean kick.
@@anthonypyritz2927 neither statement excludes the other
Ah yes the Vorpal Bunny
Ferrets are balls of chaos on a good day XD
Hyperactive rat-faced kitty 😂
Stretched Hamster on crack!
@@kohakuaiko I had a ferret owner describe it to me like this: "It's like having a cat, but it's always 3am."
I’ve seen one take peanut butter m&m’s out of someone’s mouth once. Nobody knew how to react.
Cats also purr when afraid. While waiting at the vet, I let my cat out of his crate. He was in a new and scary place, with several strangers and unknown animals. My boy climbed inside my coat, and hid between me and the back of the chair. Purring loudly, very much not happy.
Purring means “don’t leave me” than happiness. Usually it’s “Don’t leave, I lurve you.” But sometimes it “I’m scared, don’t leave me.”
Cats will also purr when in pain because the purring helps with "healing" and makes them feel better. Cats will also purr when content/stressed/scared/ happy/ as a way to say I'm not a threat, so don't be scared or attack me/ and a few other reasons that are more quirks of the individual cat then anything.
@@user-dj3nq8ty1oand most of the sounds they make are because they know that humans will react to the sound
Huh, as I stated before
You can always learn something new in a youtube comment section.
"Most Human's definition of love seem to have a lot in common with what most species would classify as Psychological Torture."
I mean, the line between the two is pretty damn thin.
Awww.... That German Shepherd 😄. What fun for a dog like that - all that attention and fetch games!
Lol, that perpetual motion machine with teeth got me 😂😂.
I just now got to that, and had honestly thought your comment was going to be in reference to a hyper active cat.
Not sure herbivores from earth would be safer like a goat or pony
Yeah. Cows have horns for a reason. Platypi have venomous spurs on their hind legs. Hippos are the most dangerous thing in Africa (if you don’t include humans). And now, because Pablo Escobar, there setting up a foothold in South America. Can’t wait to what happens when hippos and jaguars meet.
There are plant based aliens, so herbivores may as well be carnivores to them. What do you think but the animals reaction would probably be mixed.
well cows kill most people a year compared to other animals.
herbivores are often underestimated as seen as harmless herbivores, but most can defend themself against carnivores :D
Right?? I'm thinking of donkeys and their utter hatred of anything dog shaped😂
Evolution is an arms race. If you have the most powerful, satanic looking predators in the galaxy, wtf did they evolve that type of power to kill? There’s a reason predators usually go after the weak, sick and the very young and old. Less energy wasted for reward, and hunts often fail. If nature has the spare capacity to make that thing, it’s not eating mice.
Jake is from Florida. There is a Florida man in space... Let the fuckery begin.
Downside of pets is how short their lives are compared to ours
Agreed. The only upside being I have known a number of Amazing Cats, all of whom I am blessed & grateful to have spent some time with. Same is true of my 4 Rats I had the pleasure of keeping all too briefly, and my friends' various Dogs. A Snake, A few Rabbits, and one or two Horses
It actually depends on your preference. For example:
Tortoises: Can live 100-150 years, and some have been reported to live for centuries.
That is just one species out of others that have similar lifespans.
@@pfalky2kif you like turtles they have a massive lifespan. Some live up to 70-100 years and some have been reported to live centuries. The bigger the turtle the longer the lifespan
a gold fish is short and most people move on incredibly fast. a dog or cat at 10-14 years with you is much harder to deal with.
I enjoyed this story, these sci-fi stories between aliens and humans are a refreshing change of pace from the usual, typical sci-fi plots.
I know the whole “humans are the GOAT species in the galaxy” isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and I can see how some would view the trope as arrogant/tiring, I have greatly enjoyed how the writer(s) have taken everyday things in our human lives and made it look crazy, chaotic, revolutionary and inspiring through the perspective of the alien characters.
It’s exactly the type of writing I aspire to and part of my own personal philosophy: that some of the greatest things in this world can be the most common, overlooked and unappreciated things in life, if we take a step back and learn how to appreciate them.
Thank you.
Well said!
I always imagined interacting with a species that is harmed by, or even fully dissolves in water and them saying “wait, you willingly let water rain down on you to _clean_ with? Next thing you’ll say is that it falls from your sky!” In the same manner that we would be shocked about the use of acid for showers
Asks for domesticated pets: brings an alligator
Must've have Floridian ancestor's
Bold of you to assume Florida would ever go extinct.
If only we as humans were actually like this as a species, because if we were. there would be little to no discrimination/ bullying/ war/ conflict/ etc.
Side note: we fight/ discriminate/ bully/hold grudges/ hate/ etc, Other humans but tend to get along better with our pets that are not even human.
What does that say about us as humans?
I know not all are like this, but I'm talking about humans in general.
That fluffulus harmlessicus sounds like the perfect pet for a Stoner.
Crows are going to be the next sapient creatures if I had to guess.
I can't help but notice that besides me and one other pearson no one else mentioned that THE GUY BROUGHT A FUCKING ALLIGATOR MEANING IT'S HIS PET!!! Wonder if he's from Florida or was it another state in the meme?
🤷🏼♀️ Could be from Louisiana
@@kohakuaikonah couldn’t be. We could understand every word he said
From Florida also baby alligator is adorable
A death puppy. I will pass, thank you very much.
@@Scorchbrand I know many people from Louisiana who are perfectly understandable. They have to tell people where they're from because their accent is "vaguely southern".
the major drawback for human pets would be the pain they inflict on us the pain of loss becuse they don't live as long as us
Adorable Rex
Humans: Aww, it's a puppers🥺
Aliens: Hears Sephiroth theme
Edit: after listening to the whole story, I find me using Sephiroth's theme hystrical for the aliens' thoughts.
It a very good and funny story.
I truly enjoyed this story. I look forward to many more of your stories.
Dinosaur on a leash ❌
Then I saw an alicia ✅
AI art is so funny XD never understood uncanny valley until now lmao
I now wanna see a wholesome reverse version of this where there's a Human Biology/Xenology Teacher/professor and some Aliens bring in pets that concern but very much fascinate the teacher who asks about a couple of them and decides to skip the original planned lesson to have the Human student talk with the Alien students about their pets after the 2 student answers
I was fully expecting a random guy named Ivan to show up with his polar bear
I love the previous-gen AI imagery. It's so surreal in the way only pre-diffusion AI models can be, that it somehow circles back around to suiting the story.
Tbf, their reaction to Snappy was perfectly reasonable
Funny and sweet! 🤍😄
This was a fun story, a bit far fetched still this is what makes the charm.
2:45 funny how our herbivores are dangerous in a far more unpredictable manner than our carnivores
Yep. Never been chased by a bear, but horses have tried to hurt me several times, successfully even. 😏
The parrot is much more closely related to dinosaurs (Avian dinosaur) than the alligator. This was figured out relatively recently.
Florida man with a alligator
Im bringing my beagle. Surely they must like that
20:48 R2-D2!!!!
Meanwhile Ivan with bown bear: Миша! Хочешь арбуз? (Medved' pet name russians usually call as their little child. Misha! Wanna watermelon?)
I love that one AI drawing where the carrot is as big as a pineapple and on one tray what vaguely resembles a small cactus.
I really wish you'd just get a person to read this; the AI's frequent pauses, stumbles, and sometimes entirely wrong words really ruin what would otherwise be an enjoyable reading/audiobook experience.
A tengu or monitor make more sense than a gator, gators aren't as common as a pet.
So is the Quantum propability pool sinilar to Schrodinger's Box? If so....
Jake's Pool Alligator
So... love = psychological torture? I can't say that I disagree.😂
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊10/10
Hey AI. Chickens/birds are the most closely related modern animal to dinosaurs.
fury has a flerken lol
Alligators and other reptiles are not related to dinosaurs, dinosaurs are more bird like infact birds are actual dinosaurs still alive today so dinosaurs didn't die put they flew to the Sky's
8 minutes in and I'm wondering where the cats are....
Fun to think about, but the universe is so big, chances are this is happening or happened somewhere
The AI background pics are hilarious. missing legs, disproportionate fingers etc. all the inconsistencies.
17:37 Hey Sexy Lord!
Ye can't adopt an earth shark!
A rehash of a previously posted tail, er tale
With the rise of both AI voices and AI written stories I’m at loss for who to blame for the butchery of language, story structure and dialogue this story represents.
Wondercwhat they would think of my PET ROCK ?
My Dad had a pet bear when he was 3.
Gene modified pets would not surprise me in humanities future.
"Miniature dinosaur" 6:00
Not bad story funny to
we have a herbivore nicknamed "black d3ath" so...
Whoop Whoop homies Smokem if you gottem 🧖🏼♂️ 😶🌫️ 🙏🏻
✌🏻 🐵 ✌🏻
17:35 come again?
I mean at least it wasn’t a Russian bear dog, ya know?
20:30 r2d2 what are you doing here?
the AI really made a crazy stupid story this time.
😂😂😂😂😂
these ai picture got to go or at est fix the glaring mistakes in them
The AI voice is not very good. Try with a real person/.
wow. these AI created pictures are getting stupider & stupider every day. hehe. The story is no good & not worth watching when the pictures are nonsensical & idiotic
Oh come on. AI will get better. Some AI channels are better than others
@@cptmalcolmreynolds3623 no it won't. You live in fantasy land & watch too much sci fi. An AI will never get the subtle nuances of human interaction & common sense no matter how much processing power it has because it can never develop instinct. It can mimic at best but it will be as fake as the eye blinking imitation. There are plenty of humans available cheap to edit and read these stories but those posting them are too cheap & stupid to realize it because common sense is not common
This is a bad idea this is going to come back and bite you in the butt do not believe him
Crows are going to be the next sapient creatures if I had to guess.
