Hello everyone! I've made some changes to the narrator's voice in this video. Let me know if you prefer this version, or if you'd rather have me switch back to the previous narrator. Your feedback is really appreciated!
I don’t care which way it is as long as it is one that reads it properly. I say that for a reason, one of the stories was red properly so instead of it being a gelatinous blob, it was Jill and then two seconds later Anise as if it was a name, I’m sorry voice to text put a knees and Jill and that’s not it. Imagine the word gelatinous cut into two words and it doesn’t make sense because of the way it’s cut a lot of it was cut like that And it was just poorly red. I didn’t like it, but it doesn’t matter whether it’s old dude with British accent or this dude with his smoother accent, it doesn’t matter as long as whoever is reading it is reading it smoothly, but both of them are guys I mean, do you ever have any women doing any of the readingor female voices?
While I like the voice... reading comprehension is a bit.... off. You may want to edit the story to give appropiate pauses and remove 'odd' duplicate sentences.
I wish at 1:22 the script would have been "she dangled by one hand, suporting herself easily in the weak gravity field" . A 500 meter fall in Earth's gravity wouild have truly turned her into an orrganic p;uddle.
Not five minutes in, and already having flashbacks of the last time I had to take my drugged out cousin to the E.R. I don't think I'm going to like this one.
Yeah, this wasn't funny for me either. It reminded me too much of a guy TPD brought to jail one night whacked out on PCP. He should have been in the hospital and those dummies thought they could pawn him off on us. NOPE.
The writing is missing alot here. Planet would have to be low gravity. Fractured legs she wouldn't be hopping around. This is just silly, I've seen HFY content that's pretty neat, this just isn't good.
A friend of mine was involved in a car accident that had him ejected from the 70mph car's rear window. He got up, walked to where the car had stopped after tumbling, to see if he could render aid to our other friend, who was apparently pinned behind the wheel when he got there. After the medics arrived, and transported the driver to the hospital, he, too ,was taken to the hospital, then released. 3 days later, after he complained that his leg was still hurting, it was discovered that his left leg had a large fracture. So, yes, one can walk on a broken leg. And that isn't the only friend I have that has done so.
@@eriolduterion8855 Guess it depends which bone is fractured. In the story with multiple fractures seems pretty damn unlikely though. Story literally describes her hopping on one leg, so I guess all the fractures could be in the other. Still don't really like this.
It’s a story for entertainment. And in any case if we base it on the rules of earth like physics many of this would be impossible. But this is space and other plantetoid systems. We have never experienced what physics is like on other panels. We are so narrow minded.
They outta go to human medical school or bring in a human doctor when dealing with human patients. I'm sure some doctors and nurses would be delighted to let the alien medical team pick their brains for ways to deal with human healthcare.
She sounds like someone who found out they are more durable and heal faster than others, so took that and became an adrenaline junkie, knowing that if she messed up she would heal soon afterwards
I am enjoying the person who is either reading this or I don’t know the narrator. I am enjoying the narrator‘s voice and the way he is reading it and I say this for a reason one or two stories before they had a narrator who sounded like he didn’t know what he was reading or wasn’t paying attention or maybe he doesn’t know English I’m not sure he didn’t have an accent so maybe it was just an AI who doesn’t know how to read
@@chadrowin2956 Wow! You are waaay more autistic than I am. Either that or you are intentionally choosing to ignore the humor built into the ironic statement I made alluding to the fact that AIs don't know what pain is at all.
The obvious thing I think any self respecting alien should've remembered is to check what's the relative gravities between Earth and that world they're on. I am beginning to think the gravity on the planet this is taking place is substantially lower than Earth. In that case tis no wonder Chen is able to do cartwheels despite having fractures in her legs. Oh and that's another thing. There's a difference between a fracture (cracked) and a full break in a bone. I've had fractures and was able to resume walking 8 hours after, albeit with crutches and splints all the while still under the full gravity of Earth. I reckon I probably could skip the crutches and maybe the splints if I were on the Moon or Mars. Last thing I'll need note for liability purposes is that I'm NOT a doctor. But I am making considered guesses based on actual experiences I've had in the past.
Can't take the kraken lorp to the room with her because the containment field is needed to make it small that and a bunch of other things make this 98% crap
And I would’ve said Doc I think I can help you here. Miss Chan has a death wish either that or she has been physically altered by human standards to where she no longer feels pain. There is some people who on earth are born. That way they don’t feel pain so that when they break a bone, they laugh it off that could be very well what you’re dealing with here as somebody who has broken multiple bones has a fracture from C1 to C7 and shouldn’t be able to walk, but does I can tell you it isn’t easy so the fact that she’s making it look easy is probably because she has been either altered or born that way Either way she’s not feeling pain the way she should, unfortunately Dr it happens sometimes it’s just become worse in a way because some of those idiots have gotten off earth where we can keep an eye on them and make sure they don’t hurt themselves or others. They figure well we can’t hurt ourselves because we don’t feel pain and they don’t realize that there’s more to things that meets the eye there’s no talking with them. They’re nuts, and yes, I mean crazy not those little things they belong on tree or might grow a new tree or plant.
Okay, there isn't a human being anywhere that would behave like this with fractures. Has the author ever had a frac... never mind. I can tell they've never had a fracture. I had a minimal fracture in my foot and ended up on crutches for 4 months before it healed.
this sounds like ai writing, the story did not ever explain her abilities as the low gravity or other things, it all sounds like the style of humans are space orcs isolated sections that all fit together in a stream of words but lack any actual story or immersion or big reveal.
Purely an idea, have any of these authors seen a 'thesaurus'? The repetition of certain words does tend to decrease my interest. i.e. 'gelatinous'. Merely spitballing.
Miss checn seiously needs a mental evaluation. Adrenaline junkie acting like an opiate junkie ..something aint right. At least these stories are usually alien reaction to general human physiology. More than a day later and they stil hadnt casted her leg or whatever? Yeah...sure.
One-handed art wheel stop on one hand, gelatinous species that can stand straight, standing on her legs with one that's broken.? 🤔 Don't know but it all hints to one fact..... The gravity of the planet is a joke, about half that of earth, if it was like earth gravity, the gelatinous species would be flattened to the ground and she wouldn't of survived the fall, she wouldn't of been able to one handed cart wheel.

I hear the narrator voice and all I can think of is pibbles and bungholes, lol

She just sounds super high... Like one of those tweekers on Cops who can take on 8 coppers at once lol. That can also explain the pain tolerance.

Even if it is a sci-fi story there should be some credibility in it. The girl seems to be a lunatic, not a standard example of a regular human.
