    I wish them luck. VESC Controller and Davega display, even with the highest quality battery cells for three thousand dollars is just insane for a street board.

    My coworker is slowly getting me into e boards. So me being a complete beginner, am excited but cautious. Waitin to recieve my protective gear before heading out to do stuff. I already now my overall goal at the end if i stick with the hobby. A board with enough power but with a good amount of range. Do i need to go over 30 mphs. Probably not but i do like to have the headroom as i grow in the hobby

    The Raith Vengence board is a better choice for the price even though it’s $3800 including shipping from Australiat U.S. It’s the only true electric downhill board and it’s the worlds fastest @ 80 mph. Can’t wait mine to arrive in about 2 more months.

    This board looks great but is just terrible for the price. At that price you can have an extremely kitted out mountain board with extreme water resistant and really nice tires. Its crazy that just a streetboard costs that much. I will admit though, that art looks great.

  • @BN99239
    @BN99239 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Although I love most of your reviews on ebikes, I don't think you guys know what you are doing when it comes to eskates. Although it is in the same category as an ebike, PEVs and all, it's got a different user base. If you don't know what you're talking about, it can be very misleading for first time potential buyers and beginner riders. You didn't mention what type of trucks, bushings, type of battery cells, what's the voltage sag like etc. It's also a bit jarring to see the video being sped up when you're riding it and it gives the viewers a sense that the person reviewing it is not familiar with it at all, making your opinions and critiques pretty much useless. I'm not trying to be mean, but that's just what it comes off as to me. I'm pretty much an intermediate rider, not even close to advanced and even I know these things. Eskates are very particular so you have to be able to at least push the board to its limits when you review it to get a sense of it because changing out just 1 part on the board can drastically affect the way it feels. It's not like ebikes where you just "get on and ride a bicycle" so you can be kind of vague with your reviews and just talk about range. The riding feel, the flex, the throttle/braking curve, the differences among belt drive, direct drive, hub drive, gear drive, how it carves and turns, how it behaves on different road surfaces, speed wobbles, stability, wheels, bushings, truck angles, battery configurations, voltage, amperage, motors all play a crucial part when someone is looking to buy an eskate. Either learn more about it or hire someone that actually skates when you guys do these reviews, please.

    Honestly, this is a bad product because of pricing. 3k? They just aren't gonna sell a lot of these. People might stretch for one of these at like 500-600 bucks. 1000 would be pushing it. 3k is just insane.

      As someone that rides eucs coming from eskate
      ... This product looks lame.
      Zero ability to deal with potholes. Gravel is going to eat those motor housings up in probably less than 100 miles, 40 mph is a pipe dream on all but the most predictable smooth surfaces.... Etc etc.
      Honestly I'd take my meepo board over this (about a thousand miles on it). Skateboards are toys compared to a real euc which I'd never trade.
