1:09 they removed wep's of light, so no empowering buff, it now only effects helm of saint-shiteen... was the dumbest change they have ever made, still to this day i hate that they removed it. helm of 16 should of got the bubble taunt. so annoyed they removed weps of light.

Sentinel Shield is bugged at the moment. Bungie is expecting to be able to release a fix in mid to late December but until then they are just letting it ride. It is doing an absolute ton of extra damage. I'm talking one person can phase a boss with a single use of the super just by walking up and punching them a few times sort of broken damage.

Bannershield is way better than people think if you run the unbreakable aspect. Having both means when you do block with unbreakable and enemies damage you you'll spawn orbs at a hilarious rate. Which makes for even more team support. Because of this I generally run something like 2nd chance for it's ability to stun champions and the shield throw makes for a great way to have last second survivability. Pairing it with good ole leviathans breathe and you have a wombo combo of taking damage away from teammates by taunting enemies or stun locking bosses into oblivion. I could easily transition to something like funnelweb or unforgiven with its Feeding Frenzy and repulsor brace. It's main issue has always been getting that first kill. Get volatile rounds going and have controlled demolition. I also prefer something like a blinding GL with chill clip to make fighting the bats easier.
Great build. One question, does having your Intellect as low as that not really hamper super generation? I assume you prioritized getting your Strength to as near 100 as you could over Intellect. I watched the video, I got the impression that Shield Throw was a nice to have, Discipline was the backbone of the build.
I don't really prioritize Intellect in PvE, especially since Orb gen is so easy and now you get super energy just from dealing damage. You absolutely can to get it back faster, I just believe that stat points are better invested in other tiers
I didn’t have final shape cuz I don’t got the money to get it so I replaced unbreakable with Bastian and I used the rally barricade can you tell me if this will work?
Personally, I'd replace bastion with controlled demolition if you don't have access to unbreakable. It'll help out more with you're health regen and ad clearing potential, and for your nade I'd go with either vortex, scatter, or magnetic
I'm having an odd hard time procing volatile rounds. Any recommendations to help increase, or is it just more of a user error? LOL Otherwise, rather enjoyful so far!
No problem! The biggest thing with unbreakable is that it's a close range damage scaling ability. The best way to maximize damage is to block as much damage as you can before unleashing unbreakable. When you use it, a bar will appear in your buff area, showing the max damage it can reach. The closer the bar is to filling, the more damage it deals
Fun fact I don't see many people talk about: if you hover behind a rally barricade, you still get the benefits of being "behind" the rally barricade.

I run a similar build this season but I swap unbreakable for controlled demo. Unbreakable isn’t usually necessary, as fun as it is.
I will give this build a go, Hunkleberry is fun, but Manticore seems to bring a little big *more*
Run sentinel shield with unbreakable to print 25-27 orbs for teammates you cant just be an unkillable tank in nightfalls but you do still print orbs
