everyone cooking you for using quiet one on the subclass that gives free devour, but i’m going to point out something arguably more important: echo of expulsion applies volatile, and volatile rounds are arguably the *most* important on void titan, so not using those fragments is such a loss.
Echo of expulsion is completely pointless. Why tf would you use a fragment that makes enemies volatile and explode on kills when this build literally does that already in multiple ways? This build already makes enemies volatile and explode off of any attack 24/7, so you don’t need another fragment adding that and it’s not a loss at all. The fragment he should’ve added was the one that makes orbs of power and void breaches whenever you kill a weakened target.
Gain increased grenade regen when Overshielded, able to refresh Overshield with a melee, unpowered melee while Overshielded now counts as powered and deals increased damage and has increased range, AND heal from Volitile Explosions? All in one Aspect?! That's a lot. That's a lot a lot. Not to mention, what would fill the void, pun not intended, that combining the two would leave behind?
At least buffed. Controlled needs to give 5% ability energy on volatile explosions with a 2-3 second cooldown. Offensive Bulwark needs to give overshield in some way. Maybe melee/grenade kills? Edit: It should give a full overshield on Void Breach pickup.
Manticore and Vexcalibur also good for this build. Both weapons make instant free infinite void overshields. For bigger content like raids you can run Deterministic Chaos for healing and weaken for your team during damage phases. Travelers Chosen also good because throwing grenade makes it void which has synergy with Volatile Rounds, and the sidearm will further juice your ability spam. @ no with the mask you get buffed devour not base or nerfed devour
I see only red bars being killed!!
Honestly this exotic would shine if they didn't limit it to only void supers. It's not needed in the void subclass when you can just get it on orbs fragment and if you really wanted devour on other classes you would use buried bloodline.
Feels more for Prismatic, and not everyone has Buried Bloodline, a lot of people don't like to play Dungeons and Raids
@vrika4280 would just be a better exotic if not limited to our mid ass void class. Imagine having your verb be overshield and you can't even make them 70% of the time
@@yazcona13 Yeah, but I imagine that would invalidate Void even more, worse having Prismatic, which is part of the same issue.
@@vrika4280 void would be valid if they gave us back some of the pve benifits we had in witch queen
Relying on orbs or a weapon only to get devour sucks ass in comparison. Your devour is up a million times more often and consistently on pure void. And not needing the fragment for devour frees up the build and fragments for something else. Tell me you have no clue wtf you’re talking about without telling me🤦🏻♂️
I just wish it wasnt dripless
It ain't dripless if you got the ornament and the armor from Garden of Salvation. I'm walking around with that battle damage drip 😌
@kidbu916 Nah goofy ass reindeer
Ya'll just can't figure out how to become void dripped. @kidbu916 knows where it at ✋️😔
Should have done Louise from Bob's burgers for trans mog
This sounds like OG loreley splendor, basically unkillable.
nah this requires you to be awake and playing the game, OG loreley you could completely afk
@@sophieirisviel4100 Yeah, I tried it and it seems like it gives you devour but you don't get the health until you actually score a kill. Can confirm, I died many times :)
I prefer using this exotic in prismatic, in void its easier for having devour Just picking orbs...
Oh yeah sure buddy. Only getting devour when you pick up an orb is totally easier then getting devour off of literally anything you do 24/7😂
Still a shadow of its former broken-ness with pre-nerf HOIL, but I can cope with this build.
Back when we could consistently have overshields
@@yazcona13 well it wasn’t about over shields since offensive bulwark is way better than bastion. It was about how much volatile healing explosions you could pull off and how many barricades (at least 2-3 before the first one disappears) you could stack.
Man I have been posting EVERYWHERE about this exotic and only got ignored. Thank you rest. Truly. I even make a moba build on this.
@@Sevenswords986 I ran this build with Hoil since the void 3.0. This exotic is just for lazy people that dont feel like collecting orbs or breaches for devour. It is arguably worse than hoil.
I'm just sitting behind my rally barricade and unbreakable to distract adds. I'm all for not having to chase orbs to get devour . Love my lazy tank😁
@@DanKun34 If you argue at a 2nd grade level maybe lmao this makes devour easier to get than any other class
thank god no unbreakable.
Ursa and unbreakable is so much fun
No one is forcing you to use unbreakable
I’ve never felt like Devour was hard to access with Sentinel Titan before Mask got its rework. Doomfang + Choir just feels so right, I can’t sign on unless it’s for a Prismatic build
Unless I missed it, he failed to mention that the rework gave Mask of the Quiet One potent devour which is a full heal instead of the 100 hp heal the fragment gives.
@@Deeeeve are you saying Echo of Starvation gives you 100hp? Or are you referring to one of the Prismatic fragment?
I have a feeling he is referring to the fact that sometime after Void 3.0 launched (when every class got access to Devour) Bungie went back and nerfed Devour on Hunter and Titan. Only Warlocks running Feed The Void get OG Devour. This is because Devour was originally the main identity of Voidlock kit. Hunter and Titan have a weaker version now.
@@purewhiteloverbizarrejelly Yes. Echo of Starvation Devour is only a 100 hp heal. The Mask gives the potent version of Devour which is a full heal.
My only problem with this exotic is that buried bloodline exists and can be used on any subclass.
Mask shouldn't be restricted to void supers only.
Buried bloodlines is a special weapon and an exotic too. Way more efficient to get devour off of any kill no matter what you use to do it.
Notice how it's not showcased in anything relevant.
Lol and people act like the Titans are always getting cheated
If this is so good why isnt it showcased master lvl content or better?
I tried it. It works pretty good for GM. But you could probably throw on the Titan Exotic Glaive for extra damage resist
Good to know thank you
Titan cosplaying warlock now lmao
soooo if ur perma getting devour AND overshield, why use this exotic? if ur running recluse, peackeepers is MUCH better
@@darkviper1875 devour and more ability Regen from damage.
No it’s not.
@@darkviper1875 you literally get ability regen when you take dmg
with devour you get more than enough grenade, so the main benefit is the melee energy which like,, shield throw is cool but peacekeepers is like a 70% damage buff to recluse
@@sophieirisviel4100its called free devour off of any kill 24/7. That alone makes it worth it over peacekeepers. Being unkillable is better then extra smg damage😂
Damn these youtubers are so insanely desperate this helmet absolutely sucks literally does the job of 1 fragment please if your new to destiny dont use this stuff and expect it to work
hell you can also just use buried bloodline if youre desperate for devour on other subclasses
Aaahhh yes because the void subclass needs a way to get devour. Not like there is a fragment that does this FOR FREEWE
lol just pick up orb and get devour, lazy bones. this exotic was buffed because prismatic titans didnt have any survivability
Or just get kills or kill at low health. Run different fragments. Pris Titan was always good.
Devour got nerfed outside of warlock. This exotic gives pre nerf devour. Also getting devour off of ANY kill 24/7 is a million times better then ONLY getting nerfed devour off of orb pickup. It also frees your fragment slot up for something else. Its not rocket science to understand. Anyone saying just use the fragment is a dumbass
Fun build but prismatic is king 😮
God 15 minutes 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 these youtuber I swear like to hear themselves talk and smell their own farts
Boring. This game isn't a "Puncher". It's a "Shooter".
Cool! Thanks 🦾
