How are you protecting your mango trees in the winter? Can you do a video of how you protect that massive collection of tall-in-ground mango trees in the winter?
Great video as usual! It is amazing how many mango trees you have; it feels like you have a couple of acres, but I remember you said you don't. I germinated 2 mango trees from seeds a couple of months ago, but then I after I they grew the 2nd set of leaves I put them outside and of course they died from the heat we have (southern CA heat wave in the 100s). I will have to do that again next year.
Love your mango collection hideout. If you sell scions of the Azucar mango. And also of that tree that bears in clusters, the one mango tree you said was given to you by a friend but you don't know the variety then please let me know. I do like novelty mangos thanks
Wow I love your mango plants. I been following your video a lot. Thank you for showing. I have a couple baby mangoes growing in my Las Vegas backyard hopefully it will grow big like yours.
15:35 Is it ok to plant a mango tree closer to a brick wall as they grow bigger?. I also have a small mango tree and still thinking about planting it closer to my house. Great video. Thanks for sharing
Im in Arizona in a higher elevation zone 8A 7B. I've been wanting to get some mango seedlings if possible, but Dont know where to shop.. Does anyone know a good supplier of these types of mangos?
What's up bro I've been watching all your mango vids. Had a question I got an Alphonso mango tree really for the hype it's known to be one of the better ones it's young so haven't tried it. wanted to have an original tasting mango like I'm used too I'm guessing Glenn or Valencia pride which would you recommend? Also if you can pick only one mango or the best you've had Wich would it be? Salute from California.
My 1 year old Keo Savoy isn't growing at all. I'm in San Diego 10a where it doesn't get above 80 until August. I think the low temps are why it's not growing? Its leaves were burning in the full sun as well so I put some sun shade up above them.
You need 30% shade fabric on top of the trees in the summer, otherwise all the new buds/growth will burn up in the direct sunlight and you won't get any new growth. It's the direct sunlight in the summer in California that burns up new growth.
@@brandasar7913 unfortunately it ended up dieing. I replaced it with a cheap Manilla mango from home depot and it is doing great. Almost 5 feet tall and starting to flower.
You reap what you sow. If you didn't plant shit in your yard, dont expect to go outside and see all these wonders. Lmao nam doc mai, mallika, buttercream, coconut cream, rosie gold, and manila are in my collection. Can't wait to start reaping.
Awesome! I just put my first mango in the ground yesterday. Thanks for the video
I haven't skipped the end of your videos....I do wait for the summary.
Awesome, thank you!

Fantastic and super inspiring . I got 3 in ground
Does Phoenix ever get occasional 17° nights in winter the way Houston does?
Azucar translates to "Sugar" in Spanish
The mango at 27:17 appears to be Valencia Pride based on the beak-like shape and vigorous fruit production.
