    Excellent, I'd like to add those if you don't mind:
    8- check your health, you may have a health problem, or low levels of a specific vitamin.
    9- start with the hard tasks in your day,and make it a short realistic routine. so you can do it everyday.
    thanks.

    I swear your videos always pop up in my feed at the right time. I'm just about to start a 40 day yoga program that emphasizes everything you just mentioned. I did this in the wake of an emotionally distressing event where I thought I was going to die. Obviously I survived and the end of this video just hit home. Mindset is too important to waste. I tell my clients it where we "live."

    You are right on that Intermitent Fasting thing Stef! I noticed it myself last year but unfortunately didnt stick to it! I read somewhere that it is not healthy to skip breakfast but now, watching your video, I will listen to my body from now on! Skipping breakfast, I get more things done and feel like energy goes high, especially after a cold shower. Powerful stuff as always stephen! Thanks alot for sharing!

    Can you make a video about getting rid of anger? My boyfriend had a negative awakening and I believe it's caused a lot of negative energy to be expressed through uncontrollable anger. Thank you so much, you have helped me a lotttt!

    In the video you mentioned that you have a glass of juice every morning, yet you are able to intermittent fast on a daily basis (where you said you only consume water and sometimes juice). How is this possible and how can I adopt this into my life for the long term? Juice + Fast.

    Ok so I have been following this tips for the past year or so probably excluding the phone tip I haven't heard it till now but I will try and implement it. I sleep 7-8 hours, I exercise every day, I drink 3 litres of water every day, I eat healty and so on.However when I wake up with an alarm clock I wake up really tired no matter how much I've slept. I feel like shit the whole day and it's really counter-productive. I don't want to sleep more than 8 hours because it is also bad in the long run so I really don't know what to do. I have to wake up at 6am every morning and I go to bed at 11pm. Please leave some tips.
    EDIT: I sleep without any lights or sounds, I don't drinj coffee, alchohol, smoke, eat junk food, drink anything else as water and etc.

    • @iolab4714
      @iolab4714 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Have you considered the sleep circles? Maybe you wake up during deep sleep when you use the alarm? And if you wake up then, you're gonna feel shitty no matter how much you've slept. I use the Sleepytime app, and set my alarm after the app's suggestion or go to bed at the time it says, and it works pretty well. Good luck :-)

    • @revitellect3129
      @revitellect3129 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Try waking up without the alarm clock maybe? If you've built up a habit to wake up at a particular time, then chances are you might wake up at the same time you do with your alarm clock. Not a guarantee from my side, so don't kill me if you don't wake up on time ;D but it could work out.

    • @PhilOrth
      @PhilOrth 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Port0kal -For me it was all about discipline. Set one alarm and when it goes off you need to force yourself to get out of bed. After you're up it's easy, it's just that initial decision to get out of bed when your alarm goes off. Ive also heard cold showers work wonders and a lot of successful people take one in the morning but I'm too big of a pussy for that.

      @AnandJ 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Port0kal try using the app called SLEEP CYCLE on your phone to track the quality and quantity of sleep. Also, have you been tested for sleep apnea? I recently made a video and blog on how to sleep better on my channel.

      Port0kal Hi! You may want to cut down on some electronic use before you go to bed because it can cause restless nights.
