The guards are there to instantly react when ETIM appears again and the security checks are for preventing ETIM to carry bombs into populated public areas.

Today's China is the result of the hard work of the Chinese people, not Western aid or charity. Although we still have a lot of difficulties, we will definitely get better in the future
