$500 cars have been gone. You’re correct in the $1000 with being quick and lucky. Even at $2000, there are issues like title, repairs or damage. Buts it’s a runner at $2000
It drives fairly well for what it is. I just replaced the sway bar links, it doesn't clunk as bad. It is getting around 27 mpg which is way better than the 14 my Tundra gets. Plus it is helping keep the miles off of it. We are going to try to get the AC fixed next!!
Definitely no complaints except for the emblems on the front and back lol. I already filled the back up once with stuff from the building clean out I did
I actually just bought a 2009 chevy cobalt $500 definitely a beater with a heater and bonus ice cold ac but I have to rebuild the head cause 1 cylinder has 1 bad valve still gets 28 mpg lol and has good title yes these cheap cars still exist but very hard to find compared to 10 years ago
They definitely do. This one has me stumped now though. One day driving to work the blower motor decided to just stop. Have power to it and the motor is new. It's always something.
Sorry I didn't see your question. How do I check the ground? Now this thing has another issue. Power steering goes out randomly. Turn it off, restart and it works. May drive the rest of the way home or half a mile before it goes out again.
@@forgottendailiesllccheck the grounds by the transmission/engine, by fuse box, behind headlights ill get some pictures when im by my cobalt for the locations

For $100 bucks you can't beat the price and it seemed to clean up fairly well, plus lots of great room in back.

@@blessedman3253 ok. These seem to have an issue with grounds. I already had to do the wire to the strut tower.
