What is solution for graphic card . Not showing in device manager

sir mere msi m sbne bol dia new motherboard daalna pdega theek nhi hoga bolre . Usme power le ni rha tha or na he charge hora tha vo , maine fan saaf krne ko khola tha baad m ye problem agyi, mai Delhi aya but ek ne 7din brbaad krdiye mere or cmos uda k bolta h ab theek ni hoga , Mai beemar hogya tha to vapas ghar jana pda . Kya aap kch help kar paoge motherboard related ?
where do u show in Delhi? cuz i m facing the same problem in my Asus laptop and the local shop tried his best to revive it but he couldn't cuz he can't get his hands on the IO IC which were get shotted and causing the problem! The new motherboard costs 60k and on Alibaba its 45k!! I am totally stuck in this situation and really wanna fix this asap like its been almost a month now..
