    Great piece! Anyone else notice a distinct similarity between the lovely main theme of this concerto and the secondary theme of the first movement of Kalinnikov’s First Symphony (which came first)? I wonder if Lemba knew the Kalinnikov work or if it’s just sheer coincidence….

      i see more similarity between the first lovely theme from first movement and the Sergei Bortkiewicz piano concerto no.1 finale
