Ingredients （材料）:
250g High protein flour /bread flour （高筋面粉/面包粉）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast （即溶干酵母）
30g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk （甜炼奶）
130ml Cold water （冷水）
1 large egg （鸡蛋） ~ grade A
30g butter （牛油）
Glazing （蛋液) :
1 whole egg （1粒全蛋）
1 tbsp water （水）
Filling （馅料)：
2 tbsp oil (油）
1 onion , chopped （洋葱，切碎）
1 sprig curry leaves （1支咖喱叶）
2 tbsp curry powder （咖喱粉）
3 tbsp Water (水）
250g chicken meat, diced（鸡肉，切丁)
2 potatoes, diced （马铃薯，切丁）
Some water （适量水）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
1 tsp sugar（糖）
1/2 tsp chicken stock granules （鸡精粉）
