    It’s so weird that everything you said in the beginning is EXACTLY WORD FOR WORD what I wanted to do. I’m frugal so I can make the best out of any situation, I just want to be able to help my mom and my brother. Man damn it’s crazy how much this resonated with me. THANK YOU for your advice and words man. Getting my CDL next Month.

    I hear you man. I'm living in a cargo trailer rn. Just passed my cdl test haven't secured a job yet, but I could totally live in a truck during the work week (or 2 or 3) and just sleep in my camper on my day off. I saw some guy almost get repoed and it's true. Nice house nice car, most people are on the edge of losing it

      Easy way to save God damn money I was going to buy me a RV I already own my own semi truck I'm hit the road so it's pointless of me paying rent $1,400 a month and I'm over the road I can save that money

    Living in the truck is good but if you try to save money not to buy a house it was wrong the house market went up 20%-50% the last 2 years with low interest, you need to buy a house come to one point of your life. With the inflation.....

    What is the average pay on the low end for a trucker working for major carrier?

    • @augustineramos_
      @augustineramos_  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It all depends on how much the driver wants to work and how many ways he decides to get paid through them. You can make anywhere from like 40,000-150,000 depends on how hard you want to work.

  • @drock5108

    Honestly that's no way to live. That's a very lonely life. Ya u got more money than some but even if u got all the bills u talk about u can still invest and have a nice savings. I bet u was really down because u couldn't make it home? I bought a very nice home in a recession in the suburbs and I have a mortgage payment of $450 a month and that includes taxes and insurance. So that's an investment and a pc of retirement. I don't think I could live that way even if I was single. It's like a prison cell . U can't really do nothing at truck stops. But I guess each person is different. All I'm saying is u can live well if u decide to do either way. It's about how u set yourself up. I do no touch and I have 5 kids and a wife and im still able to invest into things and have other hussles when I get off work. So my money still grows. From coming from poverty I know the value of money and know how to keep it and don't take it for granted! But hey stay safe out there! Don't catch anything from those lot lizards or those horny old nasty men who are hawkeyeing u at those stops!!😂😂😂😂😂 stay up bro.
