Days 21-24 - 30 Day PMDD Diary

  • Welcome to Days 21-24 of the first video series of my channel @MyPMDDDiary , which documents 30 days of living with PMDD. I can't believe I've nearly done an entire month of reflection. Boy, has it helped to share this, so from the bottom of my heart, Thank You for being here.
    These past 3 - 4 days I've introduced some new practices that are helping immensely with my mood and self esteem, and I talk about these in this video:
    - Wim Hoff breathwork technique (which I was highly skeptical of initially)
    - 12 session Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) program focused on having a 'breakthrough' in one area of your life - guess what I chose?! I'm up to session 3 in this journey
    - regular movement and cardio gym sessions
    - soaking in a bath sprinkled with gorgeous bath salts that I received from my sister for my birthday
    - going to bed early
    - limiting alcohol
    - being acutely aware of my condition and mood, feeling accountable to myself
    If you are looking for helpful resources on PMDD the International Association of Premenstrual Disorders @IAPMDglobal is fantastic and I highly recommend anyone looking for the latest research and resources on PMDD to reach out to them or check out the wealth of information on their website. Some of their webinars are so informative and helpful to all of us (and our families) on this journey.
