Another thing with breeding in the Sims3 that people often miss is the fact you could breed your mare to a stud at the equestrian centre. You could also set your stallion as a stud at the centre too. As an equestrian myself that small feature just added so much realism
Sims 3 all the way. Horses were just a bit of a WHOLE pets pack. That was much more in depth than all the sims 4 animal packs together. You could have different types of reptiles, rodents, birds, snakes, turtles, deer, raccoons, unicorns. I remember the new pets tab with all sorts of objects for build/buy as well as CAS objects. People would make really nice stables and arenas. Sims 4 is a joke 😂
A quick correction with breeding sims 3 horses, you can breed different horses together! If horses are 'mates' it simply means it is easier to breed that pair again, and if you want to breed them to another horse it takes a touch more time and effort to up their relationship stats until they can breed together, but horses are not stuck to their 'mate'
Sims 3 always felt like more love went into it. Expansions actually worth the price they are, you get a LOT for your money. Sims 4 feels so shallow in comparison. You have to buy 3 separate packs to get half the pets you did in the ONE pack TS3 offered. Honestly just feels like a cash grab at this point they could have blended packs together MUCH better. Plus every sim in the sims 4 has the same personality, occasionally yes you get some crazy person or something but other than that everyone is ‘perfect’ and there’s no difference when you play different families. The modding community is single handedly carrying the sims 4 😅
Sims 3 Pets will always have a deep place in my heart. That game pack is still one of my favorites and a few times a year I love going back to it just for the horses ♥ Sims 4 have some good things to them but they missed out on the key elements in sims 3 that we wanted for the Expansion pack. I do not complain. I have wanted this pack for Sims 4 for years and I am happy that we finally do have it! We can always dream that it could have been more ♥
The horses in TS4 are gorgeous but there was much more content and life in TS3. Which is not surprising at all since TS4 is all about graphics and aesthetics over gameplay.
For the customiser for horses in Sims 3, you didn't have to paint over the markings manually, in the advanced options, you find that marking layer and just change the colour of it, very straight forward, that was one of my favourite bits in the customiser for the Sims 3 :D I was disappointed Sims 4 didn't carry this over tbh
Sims 4 stuff generally looks better than the Sims 3 but that's it. The gameplay is always superior in TS3. I just switched back to the Sims 3 recently because I'm just tired of paying through the nose for such empty games, they look pretty but they get boring after a week or two
TS4 is an excellent game for people who love to create houses and sims, but the gameplay itself (which is what matters more in the Sims franchise) is incredibly stale and shallow. It's difficult to play for more than an hour before getting bored. And the amount of content in the base game is frankly embarrassing. It's so empty.
I liked the sims 3 horses better. I especially liked the crazy horse babies that came after breeding because you never knew what they would look like and some were pretty awesome! I also liked the larger lots to make a big house and a large horse area too. I liked controlling my horses in sims 3 and how that allowed me to have more pets and people all together.
I think i definitely prefer the models of the sims 3 horses, i just personally enjoy a realistic style more than a stylised one, however i think that the sims 4 has better interactions and easier customisation
The sims 3 horseexperience was elite. As a player being able to explore an open world as the horse to now having to have my sims be picking up piles of dung and telling my horse to play with a ball? Also, why cant we jump a full course now? Or do dressage. If we can compete in westernpleasure, why cant we practice it? Where is all the horseitems? Brushes, hoofpicks, wheelbarrows, saltlicks? Why cant I lead my horse or tie it up? I love taking my horse to the conveniencestore in appaloosaplains, have it tied outside drinking some water while my sim did errands.
My opinion Style - I like the realistic horses too, and I did like in the beginning to have the horses same as the whole sims, at some point I did download some mods to make them more realistic. Even that some colors based in the sims 4 are terrible and I do color them from zero to fit my desires. Tack - The sims 4 did disappoint there, I don't remember in the sims 4 what type of halters they had, but as a Western Rider who loves the tack, I wished there was something looking more realistic to Pleasure and Reiner riders, I did download a mod for it at the end. Animation - I do enjoy the animation from the sims 4 a bit more. Because of how it's built to raise skills with horses, I am not surprised there is no "beginner" animation for horse jumping. Gameplay - I feel like I don't need to control the horse at most times in the sims 4, they can take care of themselves, it might be only for me to improve relationship between other horses or humans that I would love the control. Caring - I miss scattering hay, but I actually like picking up the poop, realistic and if you do it as a chore once a day, it usually is enough (I do it as a morning chore to clean stables and pick up the poop). Training, traits - Disappointing.
I’ve never been alt that keen on controlling pets (you couldn’t control them in Sims 2 either). If you buy the things they need to take care of their needs, they pretty effectively care for themselves. I like the idea of interactions to train them. So I don’t mind Sims 4 not giving control of pets, but since you can’t control them. I wish they didn’t take up a family slot. That being said, I still think Sims 3 gave you overall more gameplay with horses.
I was hoping you’d notice the leading missing from Sims 4. Maybe the Cats & Dogs leash didn’t work for them for some reason? The Sims 4 horses are cute and there are positives, but the Sims 3 had so much more. All this video and unicorns being an occult instead of a costume, not to mention everything else included in the Sims 3 Pets pack.
'or the patience to download 200+ mods' me, that's me! LOL. I think Building and ease of use is always going to be something sims 4 wins in, but if you're willing to put in a little effort and learn how to mod, Sims 3 will always be the game for me, and honestly with some modding i dont even think it looks graphically bad, especially if you prefer a slightly more realistic looking game. the mod community has done sims 3 pure justice.
I'm disappointed that there are no ponies in the Sims 4 for children and teenagers to ride on. I think I prefer the Sims 4 because I feel like the adults take better care of themselves which makes it easier for me 😊
I feel like Sims 3 sims take pretty good care of their needs. Sims 4 sims seem to set kitchens on fire … or themselves at the fireplace…far more often. The Sims 4 game just compensates for their stupidity. Death is pretty hard in Sims 4 without mods, even when you want it to happen.
I feel like sims 3 went for more realistic but looks uncanny valley due to the limitations of the mid 00s engine it was built on. Sims 4 looks more cartoony which makes it have a more contemporary and more approachable look.
I love that we finally got horses, but I do agree that for a dedicated horse pack, the Sims 4 Horse Ranch is pretty disapointing. I was really hoping that we would get many more different interactions with the horses, and I also really hoped that more diciplins would have been included. I've always been sad that dressage is completely off the table in both packs. However, I do think that the Sims 3 did the best job. The Sims 4 team has (sorry) in my opinion been really lazy. There were so many cool features from the Sims 3 that they could've probably easily included in the new pack, since they've already done it before. And also, I REALLY miss the wild horses and unicorns. Why would anyone ever leave them out????
Sims1 ,2,3 made for fans to buy and play for years Sims4 made for fan to buy and........ regret Edit : I bought sims 4 base game at start and bought none of other DLCs . Still playing sims 3 with all DLCs
I honestly hope that they eventually they update the mod. With more stuff dedicated to horses and more things that you touched on, like what needs to be renewed from Sims 3 to Sims 4.
I've had a mod to allow pets in the Sims 4 to be both selectable and controllable. For whatever reason, it immediately worked for horses too without me having to update it. Some horse interactions obviously weren't meant for use to see, so they read oddly, but I've been controlling my horses like my other sims since the day they came out. I do miss the open worlds and wild horses of the Sims 3, but I like the Sims 4 better overall.
Yeah, it's really odd that it seems to be in the game but hidden from the user. I think it would've been better if the user could decide themselves to make them controllable or not.
I think the sims 4 is cool, but the sims 3 was I think more worth the money because of all the packed included. But sims 4 was adorable. I love your vids! Can you do more red dead please?
I don't remember buying and playing Sims 3 (I know my friend did). When the Sims 4 horse pack got out, I bought it. I never played Sims 4 before but as soon as I saw a horse pack for the Sims 4, I just bought it. I felt a little disappointed with the tack situation when I first created a horse. Although, I did like the fact that it was sort of easy to customize the color of the horse. For in-game. I felt a bit disappointed when noticing there was only 2 activities you could do with your horse. Barrels and jumping. When you showed the Sims 3 jumping system, I could remember a little bit of it and I found it super interesting! The fact that you can't "Lead" your horse was also a bit weird. For the breeding, I first bred a mare thoroughbred and a draft horse. I bred them, bought a new stallion or mare when the foal gender was revealed (totally different color) and ended up with the same colors as the first foal. I was a bit disappointed and the hooves features kept getting passed on. Decorations that comes from the pack are meh... They are great but you can't really do much. Don't get me wrong, the pack is great but if we compare it to Sims 3, the gameplay is a lot different. OMG and the fact that you can't actually PLAY as the horse is a big oof. (Spoilers... if you buy the dog and cat pack, you also CAN'T control them)
Let’s just be honest here the sims 3 where overall better than the Sims 4 except for their outdated graphics, but if we had a Sims 5 game that implemented the graphics of Sims 4 and the open world of Sims 3 and their overall immersive gameplay and stuff it would be a 100 times better💖 - and honestly EA have obviously just gotten lazy and greedy with the Sims 4 which evident not only by the lack of useable items in this pack, but is screaming from the amount of game packs that could have been implemented in other expansions, but no no they HAD to milk it and the best example of that which is worst thing players is the dreadful amount of stuff packs 😩
I think The Sims 3 is the best eheheh it comes to horses. It is much more realistic, staring from the horses’ looks and ending with the course editor and experiences. The only thing I prefer on The Sims 4 are horses’ animation.
one thing that i HATE abt ts4 horses is the awful equitation despite being a level 10 rider… in ts3, riders looked good. in ts4, even as the highest level, sims are bouncing all over the place, their leg is everywhere, and they’re slamming on their horse’s back after a fence. it’s so frustrating! i wish it was feasible for there to be a mod to fix this, but that is def asking too much lol
Even though unicorns were not of the official part of the sims 3 CAS menu custom horse selections, I have found and added the possibility to have unicorn features from the sims 3 site's exchange shop and I know not to remove the unicorn from the game for the next time I might want to play with it, plus what I love about owning a unicorn is that you can win first place in all horse racing events and what I also like about custom unicorns is that the horns are magic for real and not just a part of the fanciful elegance that we are limited to for horses in the sims 4. coat colorization theory is a bit of a tricky thing for me as well; but that is more easily fixable because my real trouble in making drawing designs is that I was never very good at making designs in free-curser drawing, but at least it is better self-guiding in the sims 3 compared to pixilation drawing. Another thing I really love about the Sims 3 CAS customization for horses is that most of the riding accessory selections reminds me of the accessory sets from the Champion Horses collection and those sets were still in its popularity during the first 4 years of The Sims 3's own popularity that is until the Champion Horses has finally faded from toy stock as we got to 2006. I do wish that the sims 4 came with the Connects mechanic in the training courses for the jumping practice and for the cat/dog training obstacle course that was available in the sims 3.
The new horses just look like dogs. Like their necks are too thin, and they honestly remind me of the fake ones people made. The horse faces are just… gummy.. The horses themselves i think were modeled really well in sims 3
I love love love love love sims 3 breeding ! I played a game of breed the green out, and i had no issue breeding wjth other stallions. I have all the sims games and im not a fan of sims 4
OMG!!! Is this a new update?? I love it so much! Horses are my fave animals so Im extremely excited about this. 😮 (I hope this is not over the guidelines, but could reply to my comment Abi?) srry if it broke the rules of the comments section.
I overall love sims 4 for its graphic. It is exactly my style and thats why I play it, but come on.. TS4 isnt that great in gameplay most of the times or have that much better mechanics than previous Sims. I always say, it would be masterpiece with graphic of 4, open world of 3, interactions and mechanics of 2 and music of 1 sims.
Actually, in terms of outfits, there’s a little arrow above the outfit logo that you can create multiple outfits if you click on it. This works for pets and sims. (In The Sims 4) Just For whoever isn’t aware. Hopefully that helped. I’m a sims veteran, so I know a lot of tips and tricks by now. 😅
i think the sims3 is just way better you didnt need to buy seperate packs the world was open there were less loading screens and yeah its just better you also got unicorns thats something many people miss but sims4 its just lazy straight up you get a diffrent mane or a diffrent coat you get less horse related things and i just think the sims3 was better!!
Also I can never be bothered to have my sims pick up the poop. Just click-drag it into the sim inventory, problem solved in a matter of seconds. And depending on how well taken care of the horses needs are, you get great fertiliser for plants lol
Personally I fully understand why they removed leading in sims 4, simply because unless I keep my horses locked up, they swarm my sim ALL THE TIME. He is just going outside to water the plants and all 4 horses are around him in not even 10 seconds, all demanding attention. Who needs horse leading when you are literally always followed xD and that goes for clingy and NOT clingy horses (I hope you know what I mean, I don’t know the English name they chose for the horses trait for needing constant attention)
the "mate" status between horses in the sims 3 doesn't make them unable to breed with other horses, it helps you to track with whom they mated with recently. it's not like they get married or something
The horses DO roll in sims 4 😅 but I suppose someone else probably commented this before me. They used a similar animation to lay down, to allow kids to get on and ride, which was only available with a certain mod. Also I had so much CC on sims 3 horses, with pegasus wings and invisible saddles and bridals, actual breeds (smaller arabians, ponies, etc) and long and cool manes and tails. I’m sure someone will mod more options for the sims 4 horses in the same way, as well as add cavaletti and make it so the obstacles connect, like in sims 3. Overall I personally prefer the sims 4 horses, simply because they feel more alive and don’t have to adjust their alignment a billion times, glitch through locked fences and then complain about their path being blocked, and unfortunately the sims 3 is absolutely unplayable on my MacBook since they released that 64 bit version. Constant crashing and extremely flickering screen, with the game almost impossible to close. That’s a major problem for me as I deal with extreme photophobia (migraine disorder). The sims 4 has been a lot more reliable, even with the rare little glitch with the horses extension.
I was thinking of buying sims 4 horses because of this video but then you came to the part the only racing is barrel racing basically and no courses. It feels like it was just rushed out as soon as they finished the horse models.
I actually prefer the way that Sims 4 has it where you can't control dogs, cats, or horses. It makes me feel like the Sims are actually caring for an animal. In the Sims 3, I'd just fulfill almost all of the animals needs from their perspective then go back to my Sims, then forget about the pets, where they hardly get any affection from the Sims because their needs were already met. Now for Sims 4, I actually have to have my Sims to acknowledge them to get them to do things and train. More Sim-to-Pet interaction than I'd do in Sims 3, which I'd prefer. Other than that, I had nothing to say about any other points
Personally i never played with Sims but seeing this i think if they would combine Sims 3 and Sims 4 i think they would be able to create a good ground that they could put in the main game, and they could make a plus add on with proper breeding + tacks and equipments and just things that they are missing from the two and i think like that it would be a much more enjoyable thing. Like this honestly doesn't make me feel like to buy any of it bc it just feels disappointing to pay so much for basically something that a mobile game can do too for free (but this all could be all bc of my expectations of horse games i'm sorry)
I personally will ALWAYS prefer sims 3 over 4. The major reasons being open world, playable pets, playable babies, gameplay ofc. Sims 4 has the technical advantage(as it should its 15 years newer). But 4 still crashes often, and requires tons of cc to be a little enjoyable…..just my opinion!
I’d like to get the sims4 horse expansion but no.1 it’s expensive and no.2 I don’t like how there isn’t a lot of English tack and that you can’t do a proper (showjump) course, also it’s annoying how the shows are just rabbit holes and we can’t see our characters compete. The horse models look great but I like a more realistic gameplay so my horse being able to just walk into my house might not be the best. I’d love to get the pack one day but right now I have other wants and have games I’d rather get that are cheaper than a €30 pack.
For me horses were never needed for TS4. Like you've mentioned in the video, lack of open world creates problems, like where to ride etc. Visually speaking horses from TS4 are winning for me with those from TS3, as for the rest sure TS3 is winning but only if everything works as it should which not always happens. And well, we all know that EA loves to chop dlc into pieces to sell them as full things. Like pets from ts3 were chopped into: Expansions - Cats & Dogs, Horse Ranch and My First Pet Stuff. It's nothing new, and I recommend to buy ts4 dlc (If you want any) with 50% discount, its normally on black friday, Christmas and summer discount.
I’m really just disappointed about not being able to make a jumping course, idk maybe one day there will be a mod. Personally I prefer the look of the sims 4 horses better, there are REALLY talented people on the gallery that make realistic looking dogs, cats and now horses with no CC at all. Just with the paint.
Can we please talk about the fact that you cant download so many of The Sims 3 packs like : Pets and Island living (for me) already for months, and this has been a problem for people since we were forced to play on the EA app, I really want to play the sims 3 pets THAT I PAID FOR, there are no videos nothing regarding this, I just want us as a community to come togheter and just idk I want my old game😭
Over all I love sims 3 horses and just sims 3 in general more realism and just nicer flow of the gates and the way the horses look I like realism more than really anything else granted I do play both and use cc in both but sims 3 horses will all have my heart no matter what (edit - to me it’s just crazy that sims 3 is so old but in my opinion way better then sims 4 to me sims 4 is such a let down compared to sims 3)
I loved playing the sims 3 growing up. I usually had a farm with horses, cats and dogs and I loved it. Even tho LOVE playing the sims 4 now, I never play with pets. Its straight up boring to play with horses now. Yes they are cute, they are well animated but idk.. the gameplay just feels grindy and boring.
i was really dissapointed with the sims 4 jumping skill. I loved the ability to make the multiple jumps in the sims 3 and i think the sims 4 seriously lacks for only being able to do one jump
I personally like the sims 3 better, sims 4 was very bland and had very little things to do. We don't even get a hay bale in the sims 4, the only way you can get one is if you have cottage living and not all of us have the money to spend on packs just for specific items. The sims 3 even with its outdated everything had a way better playing experience than the sims 4 and I definitely enjoyed and learned how everything works in the 9 hours that I have played it compared to the 303 hours in the sims 4. Especially as an equestrian I miss the everyday things you do for your horses. I like the realism and care put into the animations in the sims 3 it makes it feel more real compared to the artificial feeling in the sims 4. Sorry for the long comment but the sims 4 really let me down with this one. :(
if you do another creating famous racehorses video could you please make red rum, shergar and desert orchid shergar has a very sad back story as he was stolen during the night and his body was never found and he won the epsom derby red rum was the first horse to win three grand nationals and desert orchid because he was the most successful horse to win the king George the 5 chase before it was beaten by kauto start who you could do along with demand and best mate
One thing i want to say, i just hate how you mention the date of the expansions, as if that makes a game lesser or greater, based on age. There are plenty of old games that still do good, and in the case of Sims 3 vs Sims 4 horses, do even better then newer. I do like how sims 4 customization looks, though you could just randomize the horse in sims 3 until you get something you liked. Though, the advanced custimization definitely does feel like a large amount of work, and may be overstimulating at the first look. Sims 4 horse animations almost feel personality-less, with the lack of roll or spinning with outfit changes, which feels like despite all its goofness attempt, Sims 4 removed a feature that made horses just a little silly in sims 3. I did hate having to wait for the horses and sims to get in the right position to animate- especially when it decides to cancel because its taking too long to find the right position. You mention feeding treats in sims 3, but you can also feed produce, which works like sims 4. You grow/find vegetables, and then you can feed it to the horse. The only things i really liked about the horses in sims 4: Beds, you can make custom stalls as you mentioned. Barrel racing. This would have been so nice, using the sims 3 course system. The breeding animation. It just so much cuter. Everything else, as i expect of sims 4, is a disappointing downgrade.
I LOVE the fact that Sims 4 horses have BITLESS bridles. I am seriously anti-bit. I havent ridden with a bit in over 20 years and never will again. I only wish it had Australian saddles and side-saddles. EDIT: That is indeed supposed to be a halter. People do ride with halters. EA is said to be working on updates with more items for horses.
I swear it's like EA doesn't even research before they add certain features to the game, and whatever they do add feels like they barely playtested it. Seriously, 2-barrel barrel racing?? Whose dumb idea was that?
I think they are going to release another game pack that is more english riding focused, they release a lot of paid content and since this was so rich in content and a desert world, I think they were able to divide it into two horse releases (hopefully)
I don’t know if you know this, but there is a MOD that you can get in sims 4 where are you can control and play as all pets It’s legitimately called control pets mod 😂
Do you like Sims 3 or Sims 4 better?
Personally Sims 3 was way more fun :D
Still begging my parents to try The Sims 😂😅
Me thinking sims 4 I like more modern lol but sims 3 is for details I personally think sims 4 could have done better I have to a agree
3, by a long shot
Sims 4, I like how it's more simple when coming to creating a horse
Another thing with breeding in the Sims3 that people often miss is the fact you could breed your mare to a stud at the equestrian centre. You could also set your stallion as a stud at the centre too. As an equestrian myself that small feature just added so much realism

Oh! Thats news to me, I always thought that once they were "mates" it meant they were partners for life!
Its insane how little tack and items we got for a dedicated horse pack. And don't get me started on genetics and the jumping UGH😭
The jumping was so disappointing it was unreal
Right! If they're going to have a whole pack for ONE thing the least they could do is make the one thing worth the price
horse genetics in TS4 is SO lazy lmao
Sims 3 always felt like more love went into it. Expansions actually worth the price they are, you get a LOT for your money. Sims 4 feels so shallow in comparison. I’ve never had any issues breeding “pairs” in sims 3. Even if two horses were partners I could breed both of them with other horses in my household🤔

I think EA really dropped the ball with TS4
So much they could have added from TS3 and improve on them.

I'm disappointed that there are no ponies in the Sims 4 for children and teenagers to ride on. I think I prefer the Sims 4 because I feel like the adults take better care of themselves which makes it easier for me 😊
There weren’t any in 3 either, however there was a mod for height in Sims 3.
I totally agree! Uncanny valley is a great way to describe it!
Sims1 ,2,3 made for fans to buy and play for years
Sims4 made for fan to buy and........ regret
Edit : I bought sims 4 base game at start and bought none of other DLCs .
Still playing sims 3 with all DLCs
I honestly hope that they eventually they update the mod. With more stuff dedicated to horses and more things that you touched on, like what needs to be renewed from Sims 3 to Sims 4.
I sure was a little dissapointed in the new pack with horses. Then I realized that yeah, it isn't a Horse pack. Its a Ranch pack really.
(Spoilers... if you buy the dog and cat pack, you also CAN'T control them)
Yet, the sims 4 is the one that is actually unplayable without mods.
Let’s just be honest here the sims 3 where overall better than the Sims 4 except for their outdated graphics, but if we had a Sims 5 game that implemented the graphics of Sims 4 and the open world of Sims 3 and their overall immersive gameplay and stuff it would be a 100 times better💖 - and honestly EA have obviously just gotten lazy and greedy with the Sims 4 which evident not only by the lack of useable items in this pack, but is screaming from the amount of game packs that could have been implemented in other expansions, but no no they HAD to milk it and the best example of that which is worst thing players is the dreadful amount of stuff packs 😩
i miss so many things from sims 2 and 3 ....
I was really surprised when my sim didn’t automatically put on a helmet to ride the horse considering u have to with bikes 🤔
The main thing I took from this video was mustard sporkle. I did play the sims 3 when I was younger and this video was quite nostalgic
I needed that video! Thank you, it’s enlightening and very complete!😌🤩
I miss many things from the sims 3 that sims 4 don't have. So I am almost like you. But can't even start my sims 3 anymore 😭
Sims 3 was just different man
The new horses just look like dogs.
I always say, it would be masterpiece with graphic of 4, open world of 3, interactions and mechanics of 2 and music of 1 sims.
sims 4 was the biggest downgrade and disappointment of all time
💯
Actually, in terms of outfits, there’s a little arrow above the outfit logo that you can create multiple outfits if you click on it. This works for pets and sims. (In The Sims 4)
Just For whoever isn’t aware. Hopefully that helped. I’m a sims veteran, so I know a lot of tips and tricks by now. 😅
You can get a playable pets mod for Sims 4, though, which lets you play as the horse
It is a decent mod, def no the best!
Sims 3 wins for sure, after watching this im so disappointed with sims 4 haha
i think the sims3 is just way better you didnt need to buy seperate packs the world was open there were less loading screens and yeah its just better you also got unicorns thats something many people miss
but sims4 its just lazy straight up you get a diffrent mane or a diffrent coat you get less horse related things and i just think the sims3 was better!!
ALL I WANT IS A GOOD BREEDING SYSTEM AND SOME DRESSAGE AGH
I play Sims 3 for the actual gameplay.
I play Sims 4 cause it looks pretty :3
the "mate" status between horses in the sims 3 doesn't make them unable to breed with other horses, it helps you to track with whom they mated with recently. it's not like they get married or something
In river stars if thay ever do add trading yo can have mi mare heat honor she buityful
THANK YOU for this comparison!!!
Other than that, I had nothing to say about any other points
i liked the wild horses in the sims 3
THIS
Personally i never played with Sims but seeing this i think if they would combine Sims 3 and Sims 4 i think they would be able to create a good ground that they could put in the main game, and they could make a plus add on with proper breeding + tacks and equipments and just things that they are missing from the two and i think like that it would be a much more enjoyable thing. Like this honestly doesn't make me feel like to buy any of it bc it just feels disappointing to pay so much for basically something that a mobile game can do too for free (but this all could be all bc of my expectations of horse games i'm sorry)
I personally will ALWAYS prefer sims
3 over 4. The major reasons being open world, playable pets, playable babies, gameplay ofc.
Sims 4 has the technical advantage(as it should its 15 years newer). But 4 still crashes often, and requires tons of cc to be a little enjoyable…..just my opinion!
i found a really good mod for controlling pets! dogs cats and horses, you can do anything without needing yore sim, tho i do wish you didn't NEED it
you're
Just with the paint.
i can't even look at sims 4 horses without mods. they look like barbie aliens. i modded them right away
UNICORNS!!!
I wish you could control pets in the sims 4 without mods
(I play on xbox so can't get mods😢)
I wish xbox players could get mods
You can make multiple outfits by clicking on the up arrow in sims 4 cas
For horses too!?!?!
Yep!@@AbigailPinehaven
It's just above the icon, for example the saddle and it's a white arrow you click on
I think that I will actually get both of them and just switch back and forth when I want to (Sims3 is better).
Sims3 was more realistic and fun. Sims4 is kinda boring.
i was really dissapointed with the sims 4 jumping skill. I loved the ability to make the multiple jumps in the sims 3 and i think the sims 4 seriously lacks for only being able to do one jump
Once you download MODS and CCS to SIMS 3 horses,it changes the WHOLE game
SIMS 4 HORSES?! HOW DONT I KNOW THIS??!!
I just wish that u could mix them together then I would be perfect I do kinda like sims 4 tho…
If you don't have sims 3 graphics on the highest level it's not fair to say they look bad.
Guys sims 3 was out when I was born
Hi love your vids did u see the new horse breed in rival stars
That breaks my heart and excitement that you cant play as the horse. That used to be the best! Also, they dont play with balls anymore?! Why?! 😭
if you do another creating famous racehorses video could you please make red rum, shergar and desert orchid
shergar has a very sad back story as he was stolen during the night and his body was never found and he won the epsom derby
red rum was the first horse to win three grand nationals and desert orchid because he was the most successful horse to win the king George the 5 chase before it was beaten by kauto start who you could do along with demand and best mate
When together or mixed it looks a little like star stable online am I right?
Can yo talk about the barn pets in sims horse ranchs
The only things i really liked about the horses in sims 4:
Beds, you can make custom stalls as you mentioned.
Barrel racing. This would have been so nice, using the sims 3 course system.
The breeding animation. It just so much cuter.
Everything else, as i expect of sims 4, is a disappointing downgrade.
Did she say that the sims 4 ball didn't work?!
Not true
I LOVE the fact that Sims 4 horses have BITLESS bridles. I am seriously anti-bit. I havent ridden with a bit in over 20 years and never will again. I only wish it had Australian saddles and side-saddles. EDIT: That is indeed supposed to be a halter. People do ride with halters. EA is said to be working on updates with more items for horses.
I wish I had mentioned this! Bitless bridles should be the standard imo
Abi i am still a lil bit mad that you stoped the live stream “i am not a hater btw”
Did you know the Horse noises in the Sims 4 are human made?
I swear it's like EA doesn't even research before they add certain features to the game, and whatever they do add feels like they barely playtested it. Seriously, 2-barrel barrel racing?? Whose dumb idea was that?
I think EA biggest coup was it to gaslight the community into believing that cheap and blurry mobile phone graphics are better graphics...
How to download sims 4
I think they are going to release another game pack that is more english riding focused, they release a lot of paid content and since this was so rich in content and a desert world, I think they were able to divide it into two horse releases (hopefully)
Hiiiii Abby ❤
Ur first
Hi Itzagymnast! ♥
Omg hi i love you'd video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi and i like sims 3 better but thats bc i am a rp pirson also could i get a hi ?
I don’t know if you know this, but there is a MOD that you can get in sims 4 where are you can control and play as all pets
It’s legitimately called control pets mod 😂
