Is there a plot to change how we elect the presidency from a five-year term to seven-year term, and elections to other levels from five years to four years? Wouldn’t this system be a strong incentive to bring the political class together, whether UDA, ODM, Wiper, etc, and difficult for continued public agitation for accountability, justice, equity, prioritization of development expenditure over recurrent spending?
