My family told me my mother sang this song for me at a family reunion when I was in prison. She was the only one who traveled to go see me. I got out and not even a year later she was killed in a hit and run. This song will forever hold a special place in my heart for my momma.She was only 49 years old when she passed.

I dedicated this song to my son, hes fighting with depression and opioids abuse, I felt like this pretty much express my undying love for him no matter where life leads him I will be there to lead him back home and even tho he don't see it, I will him how important he is to me. And tht he is as good anybody could be.

My aunt just passed away this past Halloween and she never had children so she mothered me and my sister and told us she wanted this to play at her funeral we always would laugh it off or get mad that she would even brought it up but we played it for her yesterday now I can’t stop listening to it
